Villa Maslinica is a newly built house. Its location is ideal for people in need of a peaceful and quiet holidays while still having an option to quickly reach all the required shopping, entertainment, beautiful and versatile beaches and other facilities.
The house itself is situated above the village and it provides a beautiful view to the village and the surrounding area including the nearby hills. The house is not directly on the Adriatic but the sea is very close to it on three sides. It is on the asphalted road and it is easily accessible by the car.
Some minor finishing touches and details still have to be made on its exterior and interior because of which we are offering special discount price for the apartments for this season.

The house comprises of 7 apartments and an apartment for the landlords. Upon their arrival, the guests are welcomed and provided with the key to the apartment they are entitled to occupy.

When available, the landlords will maintain an "open door policy" towards their guests. The guests may visit the landlords in their apartment and are free to suggest, discuss, praise or complaint about any issue they deem relevant.
When possible, the landlord will make an effort to personally welcome the guests and to see them off. Also, when available, the landlords will strive to socialise with guests to the extent possible and will advice and recommend to the guests the places of interest on the island or connect them with the locals for more immersive experience of the islander's way of life.
The landlord may offer an occasional boat ride to the guests in a small boat for 6 persons.

As this is only our second year of rental business we may still need to do some brush-ups and improvements in and around the house. We are open and would highly value your comments and suggestions to improve quality of our services.
1. Quiet hours
Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 07:00. We also ask our guests to avoid
making noise in front of the house, in the garden and on the parking lot.
2. Escape routes / Emergency exits
Escape routes and emergency exits are designated on the Evacuation plan
disclosed in every apartment. Make sure they are kept unobstructed at all
times. Luggage and bags may not be placed on these routes / exits.
Please note that smoking is prohibited in our apartments and balconies.
All costs and damages incurred through abuse of this rule will be borne
by the person responsible. This holds true particularly for smoking in the
apartment, balconies, handling fire or smoke, the deployment of fire crew
as well as potential damage claims made by the guests in other apartments.
4. Damage, soiling, theft
If the apartment / house or its equipment are damaged or soiled, the
damage must be put right by the person responsible. Any costs must be
paid immediately. Offences, in particular any kind of theft and intentional
damage to the property, will be reported to the police immediately.
5. Valuable items
Guests must ensure the safety of valuable items for the duration of their stay.
The owner will not be liable if money, jewelry, valuables or items considered to be valuable are stolen or go missing.
The guests is responsible for preparing their own food and for proper
handling of the kitchen appliances, especially stove and oven but also fridge
and the other electrical appliances.
7. Property rights
If there are any breaches of the above listed regulations, the owner is entitled
to enforce its property rights and to cancel the stay of the guest in the
apartment at any time without notice. The guest’s obligation to pay for the
overnight stay in the apartment which have been previously booked will
