Descripción

The apartment is located between Estepona & San Pedro in an area called Benavista. The area has shops, bars & restaurants on its doorstep. The complex has an adult & children's pool &is a 10 minute walk from the beach. Perfect for families & golfers.

It is a large apartment with big bedrooms and a large living space. There are two bathrooms (one ensuite). The kitchen is fully equipped and there are three eating areas as well as a bbq on the balcony.

The apartment is modern & bright with tiled flooring. There are ceiling fans and built in wardrobes in each room. There is towels and hair dryers provided in the apartment.

The gardens and pool area are within 30 seconds from the apartment.

The space is perfect for groups of friends & families.

I bought the apartment a number of years ago and go there with my family every year. We all love it. When we are not there we rent the apartment out and have someone locally who looks after it.

Located near the apartment is:

- waterparks
- safari park
- water sports
- children's playground
- bars & restaurants
- local Spanish markets
- historical sites
- golf
- supermarkets
- night life (Puerto Banus is 10 minutes in a taxi which costs about €15)
- boat cruises/dolphin safaris

I am based in Ireland, however we have a local Spanish lady who looks after the apartment whilst we are not there. She will be able to meet you to give you the keys and make sure everything is ok.

My family and I go to Spain every year (and have done so for almost 20 years) so know lots about the area and am happy to provide any information/advice on areas to go to. I also go golfing there every year with friends so can give tips on the good golf courses. My kids are now all in their twenties and know the nightlife very well so we can also advise on that.

Apart from the obvious...sunshine, the area has everything you need.

There are some lovely tapas restaurants as well as Chinese, Indian, English and Thai restaurants all in walking distance. There are lots of local bars that have a great atmosphere. If you have kids, there is a lovely bar Los Arcos that has a playground within it so the kids can run around.

There are lots of lovely beaches and walks nearby too.

My family and I have been going there since my kids are young and we have loved it. My kids are now in their twenties and still love visiting both with us (my wife and I) and with their friends/apartness.

Whilst we also rent a car (we like to explore) you can get by without it. There is a bus that stops 5 minutes from the apartment that goes into the local towns and also taxis are readily available and cheap if you did want to go further afield. However, there is everything you need on the doorstep.

We have been renting the apartment out for many years but I am new to Air BnB which is why there are no reviews. I do have reviews on another site which I have previously used for rental and can email you the link.
