TERMS OF RESERVATIONS

Legally zoned for nightly rentals.

Minimum age of 25 years old. Children welcome with parents.

No pets.

No smoking.

Check in 4 pm, check out 10 am. Please request early check in or late checkout in advance.

Rates include 15% tax. 5% GST, 8% PST & 2% MRDT.

Coded access. Access instructions emailed after reservation confirmed.
There is a $15 charge for returning forgotten items to guests. Guests are responsible for all mailing costs for forgotten items.

Maintenance and emergencies: 24 hour phone support. I will take care of any problems.

Excessive noise will not be tolerated out of courtesy to neighbours. If excessive noise is reported, after one warning the guest will be asked to leave without reimbursement.

Excessive noise, property damage, or smoking will result in eviction. No refund will be provided if you are evicted for breach of policies.

HOUSEKEEPING

Complimentary housekeeping. For reservations of 8 nights or more, full linen change and bathrooms cleaned about every fifth day during your stay. The kitchen is to be maintained by the guest.

Upon checkout, if cleaning required is more than the normal 6 hours, excess costs will be charged to the guest via the damage deposit facility of Airbnb. Includes but is not limited to any cleaning needed by restoration services, a plumber, stains, odor, smoking in the unit, or cooking. Includes any extra cleaning costs to restore the townhouse to the same condition as it was upon check in.

EQUIPMENT STORAGE

Ski gear stored in the entry foyer of the townhouse and in the ski room at the lobby entrance.

Bikes may be stored inside the townhouse in the foyer or in the bike room at the lobby entrance.

PARKING

Free parking for 2 vehicles is provided for this unit.

Free underground secured unreserved parking. There is over height parking in the garage, and outside there are 6 first come, first serve over height spaces.

Great location! We appreciated to be close to the gondola, skirental and the grocery store. Comfortable beds, clean and very good value.

Kerry was a great Airbnb host! She helped ASAP with any questions we had. The beds, lounge, fireplace and bathrooms were great! Even better was the spa and heated pool after a day on the mountain! Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay even if it rained. Kerry's communication was great and the accommodation worked out well for our two families. Great location too near the gondola. The place was clean and very well equipped. The kids loved the pool too. We would visit again.

Kerry was great! Very responsive and answered our many questions in preparation for our trip. Was also available when we had a very minor plumbing issue during our trip and made sure it was fixed as quickly as possible. Appreciated that she was on top of everything. Place was also perfect for our needs (more spacious than I assumed from the photos) and very close to Whistler Village.
