Super location near Banzai Pipeline surf location (Winter months). Great swimming and snorkeling during non surf periods. Just steps to the beach. Spacious (~800sf), stylish, very private, comfortable one bedroom upstairs apartment with a good, limited view of beach and ocean. Well equipped kitchen with additional barbecue on private lanai, two burner hot plate, microwave (on oven & range). Can sleep 4. King size bed in bedroom; queen size hide-a-bed in living room also futon and other queen hide/away bed available. Air conditioning in bedroom and living room. Cloths washer and dryer. Children welcome. Tennis and basket ball courts across street. Single car parking to left of car port in secure gated yard.
Area is "beach country". Fully stocked supermarket 1-1/2 miles away. Excellent restaurants near by in Haleiwa town with many shops. Polynesian cultural attractions by short drive to Waimea Falls park and Laie town. In the Spring is whale watching from shore or charter cruises from Haleiwa. Horse back riding, glider riding or sky diving available.
City bus service runs on street every hour. Cars can be rented from near by Turtle Bay Resort (which hosts championship golf courses).
Oahu's North Shore is a destination not to miss. It like being on an outer island without having to fly there.
State of Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) of 9.25%, and gross excise tax (GETx) of 4.71% to be added to the gross rent (13.96% applied to the total of the rent inclusive with the $125 cleaning fee to determine total taxes to
be added to the total amount charged).
