A newer three bedroom Cape Cod Traditional House, this home's location is in a quiet dead end street nestled on a large property within a mile and a half of both bay and wonderful sandy beaches managed by the National Park.
A bright, sunny home with an open floor plan. The dining area opens onto the deck with an umbrella dining table and chairs.
There is a den area open off the living room/ dining room for TV games, and reading.
Beautiful black granite counters and lovely blond cabinets with a coffee/ eating bar are part of the kitchen. The laundry with full size washer and dryer and a half bath is just in the hall off the kitchen.
There is a queen master bedroom with a full bath on the first floor.
The second floor has a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom and a full bath.
At the back of the house near the deck is an enclosed outside shower.
The yard is large and there is room for sports. If you have a boat there is plenty of space to park it.
