St. Briavels village has a castle, shop, pub, and churches. The area has much history and tourist attractions, including canoeing on the river Wye. The annex kitchen has a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, two ring hob, etc. for self catering. Tea and coffee are provided also bedding; but please can you bring sheets and towel. The sofa bed is king size, divan style . There is WiFi, ask for password. The annex is newly appointed and there is also a foam flop-out single bed.

How to get here. It's best by car (postcode gl156sa), as there is only one bus to and from Chepstow. Trains and national coaches come to Chepstow. By car, go through Chepstow, on the A38, take the first left, signed 'Forest of Dean'; turn right at the roundabout and follow the road up to St. Briavels. Turn left into the village, left again, then left at the sign for 'Lower Meend' and then immediately run in to 'Lower Road'. Valleyside is the second to last house of the houses on the right. If you are coming from a different direction, ring us for guidance.
