The Air con does not work. Anyway it is a sea front apartment in the shade and the temperature is pleasant.

The property accommodates up to 6 guests over 2 double bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with twin bunk beds, communal pool, generous terrace space, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living area with all mod cons. There is also parking on the premises making it extremely handy for those with rental cars.

Although a fairly new build, this property has managed to capture an authentic mediterranean feel with wooden beams, tiled floors and typically Mallorcan features running throughout, enhancing that holiday feel for guests.
It is located on a plot of properties facing the seafront, allowing for fantastic sea views and sunsets.
A communal pool allows for guests to enjoy refreshing dips during the hot summer weather and loungers are provided for basking under the Mallorcan sun, a perfect solution to keep the children occupied and the adults happy!
The property has the capacity to accommodate 6 guests in total over two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, double wardrobes, windows with views over the communal grounds, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with twin wash basins, semi bath tub with overhead shower, WC, bidet, large mirror, fresh clean towels and basic bathing essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and soap, free of charge.
The second bedroom hosts 4 over twin bunk beds, suited very well for families with children.
There is a 2nd bathroom with walk in shower, WC, mirror, wash basin, fresh clean towels and complimentary bathing essentials.
Moving on to the living space, we have an open plan style living room and kitchen with a practical and spacious layout accessing the terrace and allowing for breeze and light to float in.
The living room has 2 comfortable sofas surrounding a little movable coffee table, plasma TV, windows with views looking out over the communal grounds, typical wood burning fire for the colder months and Wifi.
To the right we have the kitchen which is long in layout and fully equipped with all the essential cooking appliances and mod cons necessary for effortless catering and comfort, including pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glassware, fridge/freezer, oven, vitro hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and other basic cooking utensils. There is a breakfast bench separating the living area and kitchen which also acts as great space for cooking prep.
Moving outside to the private terrace space, guests will be wowed by stunning coastal views to be enjoyed all day round from morning until sunset. Dine al fresco on warm summer evenings on one of two dining tables seating up to 6 or take leisurely breakfasts in the morning while the kids rush off to the pool.
The terrace space remains private enclosed with shrubberies and both shade and light is provided.
The pool in communal, shared by other guests and residents to the property but is of a generous size with a stylish layout among palms, plants and sun loungers.

Our team is available on Airbnb App answering messages or phone calls from 7am to 9pm everyday. We will attend to the apartment if anybody needs assistance with anything. One of us will be waiting for you in front of the building at a previously arranged time to hand you the keys and explain details of the accommodation. We are also willing to advise you about shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, beaches etc.

Please note that if you arrive before 4pm the cleaner will be still cleaning but you can leave your bags, collect the keys and come back after 4pm.
Free parking on the premises.
PRESERVE OUR BEACHES (it is yours too). Don’t forget to pick up your garbage or cigarette butts.
VERY IMPORTANT: The property is in a RESIDENTIAL district so please do NOT disturb the neighbours by talking too loudly, playing loud music and television, or using high heels etc. THE NEIGHBOURS have our telephone number. In case they call us to interfere in the event we will charge a 300 EUR penalty.
IMPORTANT: If you leave the keys in the lock inside the flat you cannot open it from the outside not even with another key. A locksmith has to be called and costs 80 EUR which guests will incur the costs. In case of losing the keys an administration fee of 30 EUR will be charged on top of the cost for their replacement.
LATE CHECK IN is after 9PM to MIDNIGHT. It costs 20 EUR.
VERY LATE CHECK IN is after MIDNIGHT costs 30 EUR. Payable in cash upon arrival.
We don’t charge EARLY CHECK IN or LATE CHECK OUT. But it is only confirmed if this is possible late the day before. If you want to confirm availability book one EXTRA NIGHT.
ATTENTION: If you stain the towels or bed linen with make up or nail polish you will be charged 15 EUR for its replacement. Please also be aware of flooring and noise when walking in high heels.
THINK OF THE ENVIRONMENT: Please use the air con sparingly and be sure all the windows and doors are closed before turning it on.
Responsible usage of INTERNET data is required due to litigation surrounding illegal downloads etc.
PEACE OF MIND: Only toilet paper can be thrown down the toilet. Do NOT throw any sanitary products, condoms, cigarette butts, etc. That may cause obstruction and an issue during your stay.
Regarding the cleaning please be sure you are SAND FREE when entering the bed.
Please do NOT take bath towels to the beach.
Not abiding by the house rules can be reason to hold the refundable deposit or part of it(URL HIDDEN)*** This property is governed by the leasing season. This is a rental property, that means NO TOURISTIC SERVICES ARE PROVIDED such as daily cleaning, reception or breakfast. A rental contract will be signed upon arrival.
We proceed under the Spanish LAW (Ley 29/1994, de 24 de Noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos).

You will have to pay for PARKING to park on the BLUE lines from 9am to 2.30pm and from 4.30pm to 8pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday until 2.30pm. Sundays it’s free.
You can PARK FOR FREE on the WHITE lines any day anytime.
YOU CAN NEVER park on the YELLOW lines.
GARBAGE: Dispose of garbage in the big green bins around the city ONLY between the hours of 7PM AND 11PM.
