I'm sorry to hear you didn't like some aspect of the flat but I don't understand why you didn't write me or contacted me on the phone. Internet is first of all on demand I can activate it at the small cost of 10 euros per week which is exactly what I pay for it, you didn't ask for it! At the moment I must admit there is problem with the antenna I'm desperately trying to fix but unluckily I have to rely on the assistance, I happens but all previous guests were happy with a very fast wifi provided by Eolo!
The "complicated instructions" is just a SUGGESTION in order to be more sustainable and also, you are right, to be able to offer a very competitive price for an apartment.
It is an electric apparel and I have experienced guests leaving it turned on the maximum night and day so I SUGGEST not to waste electricity but everybody is free to do so if they wish. The flat is old you are right, sorry, the building was built in 1960 but inside the apartment the lounge and the sofa and sofa bed are brand new as well as the bathroom and kitchen and the double bed is the last arrived ( bought in January 2018).
I have also one of the few apartments with the use of the lift and a beautiful balcony facing the 3Tre slopes, I can assure you prices in Madonna di Campiglio, one of the top ski resort area as you recognise, are far more high than mine!
