Elegantly proportioned rooms. Light, bright, spacious and comfortable. Very peaceful yet central location.

We normally live and work out of town but, in our absence we have a contact for our guests who can deal with any queries and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Excellent location. Main attractions within a few short minutes walk. All areas of the city accessible through the bus network. Convenient yet tranquil. West facing with lots of trees and birds.

Cómo moverse

Bus stop less than one minutes walk. Over 10 services to all Edinburgh districts. Also from this bus stop intercity bus links to Fife, Perth, Dundee, Aberdeen & Inverness. Hailing a cab is also easy from the main road.
Haymarket Train station is 12-15 minutes walk.

A 10 minute walk to the West End (Shandwick Place) will take you to a number of airport bus and tram services running directly to Edinburgh airport every 10 minutes. Once on the bus or tram, the journey takes 20 - 25 minutes.

Please treat our house as if it were your own.
You can expect Clarendon Crescent to be a peaceful residential location in the heart of the city. Its essential to be respectful of the neighbours with regard to noise.
No music after 11pm.
We welcome a well-behaved dog but they are not permitted on the furniture or beds.

Precioso apartamento, el salon y la habitación son enormes, exquisitamente decorado con todos los detalles imaginables. Pese a que llegamos pronto se nos facilitó la entrada al apartamento. Si vuelvo a visitar la ciudad repetiría. Para llegar al centro no es no necesario coger autobús, en un paseo de 10-15 minutos estás en el centro

Lovely spacious and beautifully furnished apartment. In an ideal location for Dean village and walks along the river. A 15 minute walk to Princes street or a short bus ride, bus stop was very close. There is a good train journey from Waverley that takes you into the Border country and finishes at Tweedbank where you can visit Sir Walter Scott's house, lovely gardens. We will definitely be returning.

This flat is a real gem. Larger than it looks, in a fabulous location 10 mins walk from town and 5 from the bars and Restaurants of Stockbridge. The flat itself is in a beautiful crescent with gardens just across the street. The flat is beautifully furnished and easy to live in. A real find.

Our stay in Yvonne flat was superb. Yvonne is very responsible host and her flat is exactly what you need for great vacation. Easy check-in and check-out. Flat itself is very large, I didn't expect this from AirBnB photos. Very clean and stylish. Great kitchen with new appliances and all stuff you need. Really XL leaving room and bedroom with comfortable beds (they could be 2 singles or 1 king size). Very nice 2 bathrooms, great modern shower. Everything in the flat is very clean and in good shape. Stayed here over the bank holiday weekend, and had a lovely stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Location wise, it was close to lots of really nice restaurants and cafés and just a 15-20 min walk into the centre of town which suited us. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

This is a typical Georgian flat on the edge of Edinburgh's famous New Town. The ceilings must be 15 feet high with matching windows looking out across to a similar building across the way. With the sun setting through the leaves in the summer it must be very impressive. Notwithstanding its elegant age, the TV and internet are easy to operate and fast enough for any business purpose one may have. The rooms were substantial - large with high ceilings, and all tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable. As a local lad visiting home for a week I was able to operate from a genuinely comfortable and impressive base for both business and pleasure. The kitchen and its equipment worked perfectly and it felt like a slightly better home away from home. The flat is well served for buses with a stop nearby, get a day pass from the driver, and is walking distance from the main shopping area and the main nightlife. It is also a short walk to Dean Gardens. Inverleith Park and the Scottish Museum of Modern art. However, because it is set back from the main road, on a side crescent, it is also very quiet. I very much enjoyed my stay my only disappointment being that it is not available for my next stay in Edinburgh next month. If you are lucky enough to have it available grab it with both hands. One tiny word of warning. It is not well provided for in nearby convenience stores or supermarkets, a good ten or fifteen minute walk or so each way, and so be prepared to organize your food requirements fairly quickly and fully in a single shot.

An absolutely gorgeous place just out of the way of Edinburgh's hustle and bustle. Much larger than we'd anticipated and beautifully decorated, Yvonne's flat was a joy to stay in and featured all the mod cons.
