No expense spared with 3 - 50" Smart TV's with satellight (Netflicks, etc.) and English channels. 2 DVD players, DVD's and more.
Air Conditioning in all rooms. Ceiling fans in all rooms and Washer and Dryer in unit.
There is a huge balcony overlooking Banderas Bay, amazing views by day ( even seen dolphins and whales! ) and twinkling lights by night. The balcony has plenty of seating to relax and dream while you rest in the ocean breezes and sounds of crashing waves, a ceiling fan and a propane BBQ.

Heated beachside infinity pool and private Palapas on the beach
The gorgeous grounds are located right on the 5 mile stretch of white sandy beach. You have your own Palapa's on the sand with tables and beach chairs. There are also 2 heated Infinity pools overlooking the ocean for your enjoyment.
There is No Smoking in the Condo or on the Terrace of the Condo. Smoking is permitted on the grounds.
Must be 25 years or older in order to rent.
Security/Damage Deposit is $500.00 and is fully refundable less the cleaning fee (see below) electricity (see below) and any damage within two weeks of checking out. Everything on the inventory list should be in the same condition and intact upon leaving. Make sure to go over inventory list upon checking in with the Property Manager and if there are any items missing or broken, point them out to the Manager at that time. The home should be left without garbage, food or personal items and all furniture in it's original spot and condition.
Cleaning Fee is $35.00, however, the dishes should be washed or ready to wash in the dishwasher. The counters wiped off and without clutter and the floors broom cleaned without excessive debris or it may be more.
Electricity is to be paid by the guest. The Meter will be read upon arrival with the Property Manager and will be read the morning of your departure and you will be given an official notice from the Electric Company how much the kilowatt is for the time of your stay. This amount will be deducted from your deposit.
1 small pet may be considered on a case to case basis. There will be an additional non-refundable charge of $150.00 if allowed. No pets shall be allowed on the furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture or beds, you may incur an extra cleaning charge. Dogs are not allowed to bark incessantly. If owner or Property Manger receives a nuisance call the pet may have to leave the premises.
Guests: Exceeding the number of guests you reported upon booking will resort in immediate eviction without refund or a $100.00 per guest, per night fee at the discretion of the owner.
This is a quiet, mostly owner occupied Condo facility. There are no loud parties allowed or boom boxes and the pool area is closed at 11:00.
Late check in. A fee of $25 USD will be charged for any check in after 6pm, this amount has to be paid in cash upon arrival.
