LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer are located in the garage.
PARKING: Driveway is on the hillside so be cautious and drive slowly, especially if your car has less than 8 inches of ground clearance. Garage (one remote control will be provided) can fit one large car plus extra 1-2 parking spaces by the garage. Street parking is very limited and may not be available during the seasons or holiday. Carpooling is highly recommended.

Otros aspectos destacables
Please be prepared to bring snow chains in winter time for your safety. The city is very good in clearing the major streets on snowy days but the smaller streets and driveway are not. The house is on main street. If you want to park on the driveway or inside the garage, please be prepared to shovel snow to clear the pathway as needed.
PROOF OF IDENTITY- Please provide a copy of driver license or passport prior arrival.
PETS are not allowed inside the house. Please don't get me wrong, I love animal but this is rather for health reason. If your loving pet can be kept and chained in the garage or backyard and maintain the area clean, let's discuss. FYI, the lake is pet friendly and has a very nice dog park on the north side of the lake.
WEATHER CONDITIONS - Guests are responsible for checking driving and weather forecasts in preparation for mountain conditions at various times of year, including, but not limited to: fog, wind, rain, storms or snow requiring tire chains, etc. We do not refund due to weather conditions, road closures, driver's abilities or vehicle limitations.
LINEN- No need to make the bed and please place all used towels on the floor so the cleaning crew can identify what needs to be washed.
DISHES-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and started the cycle before departure or hand cleaned if no use of dishwasher.
FIREPLACE-Fire is completely extinguished if used.
ELECTRICAL- Ture off lights, ceiling fans or other electronics.
CENTRAL HEAT-Leave the switch at AUTO. Please do not change any of the program settings.
ALL TRASH should be placed in the trash container or large black trash bags located inside the garage. Please ask for special instructions for staying over 7 days.
BELONGINGS- Because other guests might have check-in the house, we are not responsible for any belongings left behind after departure. So please double check prior departure.
THEFT OR DAMAGE - In the event of theft from or damage to the property caused during stay, upon inspection, YOU may be charged to cover repair or replacement of property.
TO AVOID any additional charges, upon check out:
a) No damage is done to the house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. The house is to be left in good condition, just requiring a standard cleaning.
b) No smoking inside is allowed. A minimum fine of $300 if this is not followed.
c) No linens, household contents or kitchenware is lost or damaged.
d) Any of the house rules is not followed as stated above.
RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT.
Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its management company, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual.
