Charming, sunny, stylish, family-friendly 4-bedroomed house in its own garden with gated pool and lovely views. Comfortable, well-equipped, terrace for outdoor eating, mature garden, and wifi, on the edge of the lovely hill top village of Lacoste, in the Luberon national park, in Provence. Very quiet but only 5 mins walk to cafes and boulangerie.
Simple but very stylish with a large well-equipped kitchen/dining room, a TV/sitting room (nb TV plays only DVDs) with good book and DVD library, including cook books. Four good-sized bedrooms, one with en suite shower room. One of other bathrooms has a bath. Good quality mattresses in bedrooms. Fans in all the bedrooms, heating for cooler nights. Though it sleeps 8, we think it's ideal for a party of 4-6. Outside garden runs around house with dining terrace and large table, mature garden (1/3 acre) and a gated pool (4x8m) heated with a solar cover. Upstairs two balconies. Great views. Protected from the Mistral. Cleaner prepares the house for your arrival and cleans when you leave. Linen and bath towels provided and changed once a week -- if the pool is open please bring your own pool towels.

Our friend Manu who lives 5 minutes away, arranges key pick-up, can show you round the house and solves any problems. The house is cleaned and should be pristine for your arrival. There is a big house manual which explains how the house works and has recommendations for eating, shopping and excursions.

We're a family of four - parents and two teenage boys. We live in London and come to our house in Lacoste when ever we can. We rent out the house to keep it used and use whatever we make to maintain and improve it. We're very keen on books, movies and especially food, so you'll find a good kitchen, recipe books and lots of cafe and restaurant recommendations. I've been advertising the house on Owner's Direct until now (you can find 5 star reviews for it as 'holiday home with pool and ravishing views in Lacoste, Luberon' - but come back to airbnb to book!)
