Patrick’s place was just perfect for our little family. It was close to the office where my daughter was working and only 1 block from a playground for my 2 year old granddaughter. It was great to find such well stocked cupboards and cooking equipment.

Only stayed one night but the location was ideal for exploring eclectic Denver. The decor was beautiful, the beds comfortable and the amenities plentiful. Highly recommend!

Don't hesitate to stay at carriage house. Clean, beautiful, host left snacks, drinks and it was in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking

Our stay at Patrick's place was excellent. The space is well appointed, check-in was a breeze, and communication with Patrick was easy. The space is on a quiet street with convenient parking but within easy walking to neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. We would highly recommend Patrick's place and would definitely stay again when we find ourselves in Denver next.

What a sweet space! There were many thoughtful touches, from a refrigerator stocked with refreshing beverages, to coffee and plenty of towels. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio as well as the comfort of the living room. Patrick's home is welcoming and everything you could possibly need was there and available. Patrick was also quick to respond to questions and very helpful. I highly recommend his home.
