This characteristic apartment is on the 2th floor it has been updates recently, situated in one of the most popular new areas of the old town close to Plaza Mayor.

The apartment is situated in a quiet side square of Banc de L'Oli, near Plaza Mayor, 200 metres from Plaza Santa Eulalia and 550 metres to the cathedral, ideal for people who want to live the old city of Palma. Close by is the shopping centre of Palma, Colon, Jaime II, Borne, San Miguel, Sindicato El Corte Ingles, Supermarkets, and Boutiques.

All the historical sites, palaces, museums and art galleries are within walking distance, not forgetting the impressive Cathedral. Surrounding the apartment are many famous squares with coffee shops, tapas and wine bars and restaurants
The central bus and train stations are also very close. Next to the apartment is a bicycle rental, Palma is fully equipped for cyclists.

Throughout the year Palma hosts many fiestas and celebrations, from art nights in the streets, to medieval fairs, firework displays and outside live music. The city hosts international sailing events, and connects the other Balearics Islands by ferry.
Not forgetting the famous Tuesday nights busy "Routa Martiana" which happens in the area of the apartment where all the tapas bars are open offering tapas and beer or wine from 2.50€ each.

The famous antique train to Soller also leaves from Palma, travelling through the beautiful countryside, to the village of Soller.

The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.


Rental starts at 14:00 hours and finishes at 11:00 hours on the last day of the contract.
Prices are for this property in Euros.
Longer term rental prices on request.
Refundable deposit required for any wilful damage to the property or its contents, to be paid at hand over the keys.
Rentals also taken for December through to March.
For hand over of the keys after 20.00 it is possible, please ask for more details.
-Refundable security deposits required for any damage to the property or contents, will be refunded 48 hours after leaving the property by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or at hand over the keys.

Todo muy bien. Solo tener en cuenta que para acceder hay una escalera empinada que puede ser problemática para personas con problemas para caminar

Amazing!! Salvador's and Claudia's hospitality was beyond anything we could have hoped for. The weather was incredibly cold in Palma during our stay and Salvador was incredibly fast to accommodate our meeds for extra heaters and blankets. The location was unbeatable! Right next to Plaza Mayor and in the heart of the old town. In addition, the house itself was nice. The toilet itself was located on top of some stairs, which was the only surprise. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment!!

Claudia was extremely friendly, the check-in at the appartment was very smooth. There was an information map to help us around. The appartment was clean and well equiped. It was also located in the middle of the historic center.

Nice and clean apartment with a perfect location in Palma. Walking distance to the beach and cathedral. Endless shopping opportunities. One of the bedrooms had a window towards the stairwell, which was a bit noisy at night. The apartment is a little dark and we would prefer some place with a balcony next time. But all in all a great experience staying there, and we would for sure recommend it to others thinking of going to Palma.

L'appartement est bien situé mais à savoir que c'est une location par une agence donc avec les bons et les mauvais cotés. Le ménage n’était pas top, mais l'appartement est conforme au photo. Il est vrai que le manque de fenêtre dans les chambre est assez bizarre mais le salon est très agréable. Attention aux frais supplémentaires : 40 euro de check up tardif + nous avons accueilli un amie trois nuit, sur le site il est noté personne supplémentaire sans frais mais ce n'est pas cas nous avons du payer en plus. Et l'agence n'as pas été arrangeante sur no bagage pour le départ qu'il nos pas voulu décalé ou que nous les laissions à l’agence...

Tres bel appartement, idéalement situé dans le coeur de Palma. Conforme aux photos et très propre. Seul hic, le bruit du voisinage et des travaux est dérangeant.
