We are offering this home for weekly vacations for the summer of 2018, June, July, and August. Vacations are Monday through Sunday! For Spring/Fall we offer weekend packages for 2-3 nights along with discounted weekly rates.

This family home offers 4 BDR's, a loft with single bed with trundle, a rollaway, 2.5 Full baths, 2 Living areas, one with a pool table, huge deck overlooking the lake, a lower deck with hot tub, and sitting area! This is a great retreat home with lots of sun, light, water, snow, ice, depending on the season. A/C, Rocky Beach, Sandy Bottom 10 yards out! Golf, fish, waterski, kayak, tube, ride bike...enjoy the sun!
The Glede Hus is a bright, sunny lakeside home that is the perfect setting for a great Green Lake experience any time of year!
Glede Hus can accommodate 10 guests in its 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The house offers a private Master Suite, 2 queen bedrooms on the main floor, a loft area with a single bed with trendal, a Queen couch rollaway on the lower level, and a 4th bedroom with 1 double bed. Our home is equipped with a Sonos sound system for your enjoyment. A/C for the summer with air filter system included! Cable TV and Internet is provided with Spectrum!

Cooks will love creating meals in the bright kitchen, which opens up into the main level living space. All new appliances provide ease of lake living! It provides great interaction with the entire family through the preparation to the final presentation. An outdoor grill is out on the large deck overlooking the lake.

Relax and enjoy the SPA atmosphere with a soaking tub, an outdoor hot tub and views of the water and sun from all shared spaces.

The Glede Hus is perfect for family interaction, with two large living spaces. The main floor living room has a gas fireplace, Sonos sound system, big screen Smart TV. On the lower level, a Game Room with a pool table, Sonos sound system, and walkout to the hot tub awaits your clan! It’s a great place for the kids of all ages to play and have fun together!
In the two car garage, our guests will find a kayak to use on Green Lake, and 4 bikes available for riding throughout the area. (Bring your own bike too! Great 13 mile path around the lake!) One side of the double garage may park a car as well!
Guests will get full access to the home with the exception to one or two closets and a refrigerator/freezer that is located in the garage that will be locked.
Glede Hus has a local host that will be available for emergencies. Glede Hus also offers a "Guide" for our visitors to take advantage of the local business's that include a winery, golf course, movie house, horseback riding and the local restaurants.
Beautiful location on the north shore of Green Lake. Glede Hus's windows facing the lake provide a south view of the lake. The home has a huge deck that provides a front row seat to the sunrise and sunset on the beautiful lake!

Fish, boat, skate, snowmobile, cycle, waterski, shop, kayak, horseback ride, hike, golf, then come home to the Glede Hus to relive your day and rejuvenate for tomorrow's adventure!

Summer months June - August are 5 day, 6 day, and 7 day rentals. For the Fall/Winter/Spring, we offer weekend and holiday packages.
We do not offer our home for bachelor or bachelorette parties.
SUMMER 2017: We are offering 6 nights, weekly stays for the summer of 2017. Check in is Monday at 4 PM and Check out is Sunday by 3 PM. For the summer of 2017 home can accommodate up to 10 people with our addition of a 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom. Any additional people must be approved and additional charges will be applied. Please send a note for your request.
OCCUPANTS. No more than 12 person(s) may occupy the Premises at any one time unless the prior written consent of the Landlord is obtained. All guests of any age are counted towards the maximum. The home can accommodate up to 10 people gracefully. Please adhere to this rule. Any party falsely representing the number of people, or exceeding the maximum may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. Minimum age for rental is 27 years old.
PETS. At this time, no pets shall be allowed on the Premises.
KEYS. Tenant will not need any keys, as an electronic lock has been added to the home. The garage can be accessed through the keypad outside the garabe. This will ease any need for keys, openers, etc.
LOCKOUT. We have deployed an electronic lock on the property. If you for some reason cannot remember your code, please connect with the host and we will make sure you can enter the property during your stay!
STORAGE. For all water toys, bikes, kayaks, etc., please use the garage to store your equipment. You can certainly use the deck below the main deck to have them available for your stay. We just ask that you do not store any of the equipment inside our home. We are not be liable for loss of, damage too, of such stored itmes. (Waterskis, kayaks, canoes, and associated equipment such as life jackets, ropes and paddles may only be stored in the garage during the term of this Lease).
PARKING. The driveway can accommodate up to four cars at one time. Cars can be parked on the north side of the street during the day. We request no RV parking at any time. And no tents on the property unless authorized....we live in a neighborhood and must be cognizant of good neighborly behavior!
SMOKING. Smoking and vaping of any substance is strictly forbidden inside the Property. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the Property will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional cleaning fee charges to Tenant and will be charged against the Tenant's security deposit.
COOKING. Tenant may cook only in the specific areas set aside by Landlord for cooking. No open fires are allowed on the premises other than in the grill or firepit. The grill must remain in open area, away from garage, trees, house, etc. All fires must be thoroughly extinguished before leaving unattended.
CLEANING. The property will be inspected and cleaned after departure. Tenant is required to leave the property in the same general condition that it was received in by making sure that the dishes are washed and put away, bedssheets striped and on the floor, and the house is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and laundered.
LAUNDRY. On exit, please place all towels (bathroom and spa) in the laundry room or in hampers provided in each bedroom. At the end of your stay, we would appreciate it if you could strip all bedding and place in the laundry room or leave at the foot of the bed. Laundry facilities are downstairs - please use them if you need too!
DANGEROUS MATERIALS. Tenant shall not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the Premises, or that might be considered hazardous by a responsible insurance company, unless the prior written consent of Landlord is obtained and proof of adequate insurance protection is provided by Tenant to Landlord.
