Nice and cosy flat, in Arabkir, Komitas street area of Yerevan. Calm street, but very close to markets and transportation. Can accommodate up to 6 people. Transportation from the Airport can be arranged upon request.
The living/dining room connected to the open kitchen is always sunny from morning till the afternoon. The wide stone walls provide very good sound and heat isolation. The street is relatively calm with nice tall trees that provide privacy. The bedroom side has also privacy as there are no high rising buildings in front of the window. The bedroom side is sunny from late afternoon till evening.
