Beach Block, Secured Outside Storage Closet, Outside Shower, Private Balcony, Garage (3-cars), Huge Rooftop Deck size of entire footprint of building- Ocean View. Fireworks (Summer) at end of our street. Between both Amusement Piers. New Everything (Flooring, Furniture, Appliances, Mattresses, Kitchen utensils, and more). Our properties might cost slightly more than others but you will soon see why; super clean and professionally decorated. 80% of our guests are repeat guests. We Book Fast!

This property is located on the Beach Block and literally is the only property on the entire block that has a Rooftop Deck. This rooftop deck is gigantic and encompasses the entire footprint of the building; you have a view to the Boardwalk Piers and the Ocean and in the Summer, every Friday evening, the City of Wildwood has a Firework Display at the end of our street and the rooftop deck provides you with the best view without having to be in a crowd.

There is also a Secured Outside Closet for you to put your beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, or other items. There is also a BBQ Propane Grill for your use. There is an Outside Shower that we request that you use after returning from the beach. The Garage is enormous and can accommodate three cars (front to back). There is also a Private Balcony in front of the Property.

Within three days of your check-in date, you will be provided with the door access codes and you are permitted to access the condo, the designated outdoor secured storage closet, the Rooftop Deck, and the outside shower. The only area that is off limits in the owners closet which is located in the kids bedroom.

Smoking inside the condo or near open doors or windows is strictly prohibited. Any odor of smoke inside the property after your stay will result in loss of your Security Deposit.

No individuals not listed within the Lease Agreement are permitted to stay at the property.

This was a great find! We were traveling with our two kiddos (5 and 9) and one set of grandparents. A perfect space. The unit was clean and welcoming - looked exactly like the photos. A cute front deck, good light; strong AC, and nice parking and beach gear storage downstairs. Check in and out was very simple. And all very seamless. Chris responded to any texts with questions in a timely way as well. The location is great - very close to the Boardwalk (and Friday and 4th of July fireworks!); but not so close that the noise came into the unit - no loud issues for sleeping at all. The condos all around were full but family-friendly as a whole.

The home and location are fantastic! We could not have had a better week. The place exceeded expectations and was furnished with lovely decor, quality cookware in the kitchen, TVs in each room, and was very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and were thankful to have been able to stay in such a nice place steps from the boardwalk and the beach. The fireworks down the street were spectacular. Would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay here -- the condo is very comfortable, with plenty of room for a family vacation, great location close to the beach. Note that you have to provide towels and sheets.

The house was beautiful and just as described. The only negative thing that I have to say is that the host had me send him my cell number and called me and texted me during my stay about the neighbors complaining that we had too many people in the house. Which was untrue first of all and second I don't need stress at 11 pm from a landlord calling my phone when I am on vacation. We were all 30 years old and should not have to be babysat like a bunch of underage kids down the shore for prom weekend. I loved the house and the location but I would not rent again because of the situation.

The Renter had just turned 26-years old and the rest of the group was in their 20's not in their 30's and not that it really matters however the renter was incorrect with that information. When a landlord receives complaints by other property owners within the same building as well as complaints from neighbors about your renters having 15-people in the house and throwing trash off of the rooftop deck then the landlord does, unfortunately, have an obligation to address the issue at the time of the complaint. Therefore whether it's 11pm of 9am is a moot point because this issue was addressed immediately upon receipt of the complaint and it was done cordially. Common sense would tell anyone reading this that an owner is not going to make a call "out of the blue" unless he/she was receiving complaints. Not addressing the issue would have been unfair to other guests and neighbors. Also, when you rent a property and list six people on the lease agreement, but the the owner later learns that there is 15-people inside, well quite frankly, that is not acceptable. In all fairness this Renter was receptive of the telephone call and she did leave the property fairly clean with no issue to report.

Hi My name is Chris and I am the Property Manager. I personally ensure that every property is clean and meets my expectations. I upgrade every property on a yearly basis; from new paint, to new flooring, to new furniture, and new mattresses; this property has it all.

My Philosophy is that cheaper is not always better. We do charge just a little bit more than similar properties however we invest that money right back into the property and keep it current. We could easily do what most other owners do and that is keep the rates cheap but let the place fall apart but that is not our style.

We cater to a different clientele; our goal is to have guests return year after year because they have the confidence in knowing that we have the nicest property in the City of Wildwood. In fact, I would be willing to put any of our properties up against any other similar style/size property because I know we are second to none. We do not install builder's grade or cheap products; in fact from the mattresses to furniture, everything is top-shelf.

I want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay so if there is anything that i can assist you in making your stay even better then please don't hesitate to call me.
