Please be aware that the smoke detector is very finely tuned. So when cooking, please use the fan and keep windows open! Smoking is strictly prohibited. You will be liable for all the costs arised from the switching-on the fire alarm/sprinkler.

The location of this flat was fantastic - a mere 3-minute jaunt from Southern Cross station (which was very helpful as we took the Skybus to and from the airport), and a couple minutes' walk from various tram stops. The flat itself is very spacious for two people - my sister and I had a wonderful time staying there. The best parts of the flat were the two bathrooms, comfy queen bed, and adorable radio with Bluetooth capabilities. Short of the hall light not working when we got there (which Anna's representative, Sharon, pointed out to us when we checked in), everything else was in good working order. Anna was pretty communicable during our stay, and very kindly let us check in early to the flat, as well as check out later. We recommend this flat if you're looking for a comfortable space facilitated by good transport and food options!

The location is great, 5 mins walk to Southern Cross Station and in the free tram zone. The apartment is just like what you've seen on the screen. A vintage radio and cute TV machine really attracted my eyes. Anna is a considerate host. She arranged her house keeper to greet us who can speak fluent mandrine. She also gave us some recommendations to eat like the local. :)

Locality of this apartment is it's main attraction. Situated about 2mins walk from Southern Cross Station and along Collins St on the corner of William St, it is very ideal for anyone working in the banking and finance sectors. Food and shopping is about 15min walk to Bourke St Mall but there are free trams available right outside the apartment. Wifi is strong and views are great. The only drawback though is that the bedroom is windowless so can feel a little claustrophobic for those who prefer a more open space - however there is a sofabed which will easily solve this issue. The beds were also super comfy and very quiet, despite being right in the heart of the city. The apartment is also quite big and can easily fit a family of four.

This was a fantastic place to stay in - located in central Melbourne, it was a few minutes walk to the train station. Anna was super helpful and quick to respond to our enquiries. We arrived early in the morning and she was very accommodating in letting us check-in earlier. We would stay there again - and the view is stunning!
