Hi Zach, thanks for your honest opinion on the place. As mentioned to you, there was a miscommunication on our end on cleanliness of the place as this was not thoroughly cleaned by the agency we reach out to. As soon as we heard from you, we made sure someone was sent there to have things cleaned out again. Moving forward, we will make sure that this issue on cleanliness does not happen again, especially since we are managing this from afar.
Regarding the lack of transportation, it was called out before your stay that this will be a difficulty not unless you book via Uber or Grab. You insisted especially since you wanted to be near Shaw Boulevard. Uber/Grab is now the most convenient way of getting around Metro Manila. :)
The unit contains all that is mentioned in the profile. We've taken a look at this and moving forward, have made sure that all other "necessities" are made available to our future guests i.e. even more tissue rolls, trash bags, etc.
Lastly, it was pointed out that for the price that's offered, the place already is a plus. We offered to reallocate you to other AirBnb / hotels nearby, but all of which are way pricey vs your expectations. Hope you understand.
