This guest suite in my 1890s house is entered from the back deck. You drive into your parking spot, go up a short flight of stairs, and you're there. The makings for coffee and tea are provided, as are cereal, milk, bananas, bottled water, and lots of LaCroix. But if you want to go out, a coffee shop is around the corner and several eateries are within easy walking distance. Come enjoy what the Village Voice once deemed "the coolest square mile between Greenwich Village and South Beach."
