Lovely studio apartment located right beneath the park-forest of Marjan, with a living room looking to the south. It's near the sole center of the city (cca 5 minutes walk), the seafront promenade 'Riva' (within 10 min walk), the Marjan beaches (cca 10 min walk) and Ultra festival (within 5 min walk). And although we couldn't say our flat is child-friendly, children are wellcome.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The main south side of the apartment has a view of the park-forest Marjan which can be reached within a couple of minutes walk. The living room and kitchen are one space with three tables: a bar table that divides kitchen and living room space, a coffee table in front of the couch and a computer table. If you're dining in, the bar table is ideal for three persons. The living room's south side has three windows which gives the space enough daylight, and if you mind the light, you can pull down the roller blinds (they can be pushed out too, so you can enjoy the air). The space has air conditioning, but for those who dislike using it, the nearness of the park-forest gives you a little lower temperature than in the other parts of the city, plus there is a ceiling fan. In the kitchen there's an oven, fridge, stove, a hot water dispenser, the dishes and basic spices for cooking. Both the living room and the bedroom have LCD TVs, with the difference of more channels in the living room. Wireless internet is available also. There are two closets, one in the hall and one in the bedroom. In the bathroom there's a bathtub and also a washer/dryer for guests who stay a week or more. The apartment is very well organised. No animals allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

Either Nikola or Alin will be made available for any questions, informations or help on a daily-bases, but not 24/7. Of course, we will try to provide you with all the necessary informations upon meeting you with the key, be it restaurants, sights, beaches or even some history.
Take care of the flat as if it was your own, or even better, as if it was a flat of your close ones who care about their flat. If you're a music enthusiast, the apartment has an amplifier, but it is advised not to over-use it between 2 PM and 4 PM, and after 11 PM. Otherwise, there are official rules which are listed inside every renting apartment.
I am two of us, Alin and Nikola, a mother and a son. Alin speaks fluent English, basic French and very basic Italian. Nikola speaks fluent English, basic Italian and very basic Russian. Of course, besides our mother tongue. Please, don't lean on our 'very basic' languages, although we would gladly talk to you in those ones, so by next year we could at least eliminate the 'very' from 'very basic'.
And of course, as there is some problem with the authentification, you can look up my account under 'Alin Antunović', I should be the only one.
