Please note: In keeping with Airbnb rules, the person making the booking must also be the guest staying. I cannot accept bookings made on behalf of friends or family, please instead arrange for the guest to sign up with Airbnb themselves before booking direct.
No additional visitors to the property please, unless agreed in advance by me.
The kitchen is available if you would like to cook your own meals, with pans, crockery and cutlery provided. Please place in the dishwasher after use and leave the kitchen and other communal areas as you found them. Space is provided in the fridge and a cupboard, for your food.
On checkout day, please note the checkout time is 12 noon. Before you go, please ensure the bedroom and bathroom are reasonably tidy and do take a good look around all rooms for any left items. Please note that there will be a charge of £5, plus postage & packaging, to return any items that cannot be collected. If I'm not available to collect your key, please leave on the window sill just outside the room.
Please make sure all windows are closed before you leave and that the front door is firmly closed behind you, so that it locks.
