A cozy and functional room. Ideal for all types of living: work, study, travel.
In a quiet and bright apartment. With little terrace of one of the most typical streets of a neighborhood that blends tradition and new trends.
Your room is bright, air-conditioning (if you need it), a double bed (140x200), wardrobe ... It has its own bathroom!
Perfect for one person, ok for two. The room overlooks a garden with a big tree in the middle. The house is equipped with wi-fi. Possibility of television! I can give you linen, towels.
Light, flowers on the balcony and a place for urban relax. The apartment is bright and spacious third floor of a vintage yellow building (no lift). Consisting of a living room with French doors which lead to a terrace that overlooks one of the most characteristic streets of the district. And the fully equipped, sunny kitchen - (with washing machine) that leads to another little bath.
The house is located in Pigneto one of the most cool and popular neighborhoods of Rome, full of places to listen to music, small and cozy bars and restaurants and bazaars. The apartment is adjacent to Bar Necci, Forte Fanfulla, a series of art galleries!
You can reach the house by tram! Tram (n.5-14) from Termini (the central station) take 10-15 minutes. The bus and tram stop is close to the apartment (2 minutes walk). With lines that allow you to get to the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona and Tiburtina. You can easily walk to San Lorenzo, San Giovanni . We are also close to Piazza Vittorio (Metro A)
