The apartment is located in the heart of Nairn town centre and 5 minutes walking from the beach. Nairn is known for its dry and sunny climate and as a popular holiday destination. It has a good range of shops and professional services as well as two museums, an art gallery, antique shops and excellent restaurants. The town also has a sports centre, tennis club, swimming pool, riding centre and cricket pitch. The harbour is home to a small fishing fleet, marina and sailing club. In addition to the two championship Nairn golf courses, there is also golf conveniently available at Castle Stuart Golf Links, Royal Dornoch, and Spey Valley. There is salmon fishing on the Rivers Nairn, Findhorn and Spey and shooting is readily available on local estates. The beautiful Spey Valley with its Whisky Trail and the ski slopes at the Cairngorms and The Lecht are all within easy driving distance.
Shopping is a delight In Nairn. The High street has an array of businesses including; shops, restaurants, café’s, banks and much more.
Beautiful sandy beaches on your doorstep, coastal trail, golf courses and Nairn town centre makes this the perfect location to relax and explore the Moray coastline. The city of Inverness is approximately 20mins driving distance from Nairn and provides a range of retail parks and supermarkets as well as many entertainment, cultural and medical facilities expected of the Highland Capital. The Inshes Retail Park is only 20 minutes in the car and has a huge selection of familiar retail stores, eating places and VUE Cinema.
NATURE:The Moray coast is an area of outstanding natural beauty, with an abundance of wildlife. Dolphins, seals, deer, Osprey and otters are all common sights around Nairn.

Martin was a great host, very easy to communicate with on arrival. The apartment is just as pictured, very updated and clean. The location of the apartment is famtastic and the town of Narin is great for exploring the Highlands.

Very 'roooomy' apartment, wonderfully renovated. Martin wasn't there, but his lovely mother took care of us. We had some issues with the wifi, but this got fixed in the end. The location is right in the heart of Nairn, close to all the shops and restaurants and also only 10 minutes walk from the sea. You can hear some traffic in the bedroom on the Highstreet side. But this is 'overtoned' by the sea gulls 'natural noise' ☺ A second set of keys would have come in handy. Thanks again, Martin and Betty.

Absolutely gorgeous flat wonderfully located in Nairn - on the high street so easy access to the shops and restaurants and 5-10min walk from the beach (along v pretty river). Incredibly helpful, friendly host. 10/10 from us. Thank you Martin

Great place, very tastefully done by Martin. Excellent interiors, kitchen equipment and bedrooms. Located in the center of the small town and walking distance from the beach. we had a great time. Martin is a great host and was there to receive us and see us off.
