El alojamiento

This is an 1100sq ft townhome, decor is set up to be clean and simple. There are two bedrooms, two small full baths and laundry closet upstairs, downstairs is the kitchen, living room and .5 bath. Both real beds boast quality mattresses and Egyptian cotton bedding. In addition to the pullout sofa in the living room, there is a queen size air mattress on site. The 9ft ceilings throughout make this home feel very open and spacious. The kitchen has all of the essential items (plates/glasses/silverware/bottle opener/coffee maker etc) but is not fully stocked. There are only a few pots/pans, if you need anything specific please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. There is also a storage closet off the rear patio that can be used to store bikes, surfboards or any other gear you have. Please note that there is not a dining room table, there is however a bar with 2 bar stools and also a fold out card table with 4 chairs that can be set up. This space is perfect for 4 people but can accommodate 6, professionally cleaned, and strictly airbnb, no surprises here. All bed linens and towels are provided. Happy to allow early/late check-in and check-out when available. You are welcome to visit anytime of the year!

Located in a small townhome community, no pool or clubhouse. There are a mix of people that live here, mostly young professionals and students. While the area is generally quiet there are younger people that live in the area, you may hear a car door late at night or the occasional late night conversation in the parking lot. There is a brand new park just across the street, less than 300 feet from the front door. The park has a small walking loop and a pirate ship for the kids! LOTS of restaurants nearby and very close proximity to the Gary Shell cross city bike trail. Everything is nearby!

There is no assigned parking here and there have never been any issues. If possible please limit yourself to no more than two overnight vehicles. There is a handicap spot directly in-line with the front door. There is a lock-box on site so 24hr check-in is not a problem. I will email the code prior to your arrival.

Brandon's place was perfect for our girls weekend! The location was perfect-- around 5 min to UNCW and maybe 10 to downtown. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the wifi was very fast. We loved our stay and know we scored big booking Brandon's place!

Simple and clean place to stay! Close parking right at the entrance. Would recommend this to others. Right in between the beach and downtown! Very close to many restaurants and grocery stores.
