I am so sorry to hear this. The rules are for the 5% whom we have had issues with. Unfortunately, other people have kept our cleaning crew waiting in their car for 2 hours! Ans some other guests scratched the wood floors by dragging the furniture. Those rules are only meant as guidelines, so everyone is on the same page. We did get a report that the mattress was wet, not sure from what, but decided to eat up the cost for this. If you would read the other 800 reviews we have, you might reconsider thinking that we are all about the $, but rather that we love respectful guests who appreciate all that we try and do to nurture guests. Those who don't, are simply not the right ones for us...
