Driftwood (sleeps 6 + baby) is a recently remodeled 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom home with more than 1,200 square feet of living space, plus three balconies, a small enclosed patio and a private, secure garage.

The main floor has a living room with a large flat-screen TV (including HBO & STARZ), dining room with seating for six, a completely updated kitchen and convenient powder room.

The two bedrooms are located upstairs, each with brand new KING-size beds, closets, vaulted ceilings and balconies. The main bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms.

A loft is accessible from one of the bedrooms and is furnished with two twin XL beds.

You will enjoy a lower level patio with a BBQ and have the convenience of off-street parking in a private, secure garage.

Guests have private access to the entire townhouse including a secure 1 car garage and can also access the unit from the second floor common area.

Guests are provided with a custom door code to access the property without the need to pick up keys. We ask guests to call or text us upon their arrival (remote check-in) and departure (remote check-out). We are available by phone, text message or email to answer any questions during your stay. Please contact us immediately to report items in the house that require attention (repair, replacement) so we can take care of them either during your stay if needed, or after your departure.

We are available if needed, but also respect your privacy.

Imperial Beach is like no other -- a throwback to a simpler, southern California beach town of days gone by, with miles of uncrowded, white sand beaches, magnificent views of the Coronado Islands and the downtown San Diego skyline. You can enjoy a short walk along the seacoast – beachfront parks with picnic tables and barbecues, a weekly farmer’s market (every Friday), beach volleyball nets, restaurants, waffle-cone ice cream, and retail shops.

IB is untouched by over-development and void of the late-night party crowds, high density housing, congestion and traffic you might find in beach communities to the north.

Take a walk along the pier to gain a different perspective of the surfers and unrivaled views of San Diego: from Point Loma to Mexico. Extending almost 1,500 feet into the sea, the Imperial Beach Pier is also a great place to spot whales and dolphins swimming by just off-shore, or to try your luck fishing (BONUS: a license is not required for Pier fishing).

Just south of Imperial Beach, you’ll find the a bird watcher’s paradise beginning with the estuary (just beyond Imperial Beach Blvd, ½ mile from Seacoast Villas).

Imperial Beach is located 15 miles south of downtown San Diego, 17 miles south of San Diego International Airport and 7 miles south of Coronado Island.

If you plan to visit the area`s top attractions, a rental car is recommended.

Ocean Breeze has a one-car private garage for guest use. Additional on-street parking is available along Dahlia and Seacoast Drive.

If you plan to spend most of your time at the beach, you might consider grabbing an UBER or shuttle to and from the airport.

As an alternative, the local bus runs north into Coronado Island, or east to the Palm Ave Station where you can catch a trolley into downtown San Diego, Old Town and beyond.

There is a $225 turnover fee which includes housekeeping and Accidental Damage Protection. The housekeeping fee includes basic supplies for your stay (paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel).

We also offer a baby crib and highchair for a $25 set up fee.

"Mid-Stay" Housekeeping Service is available for $100.

If available, a Guaranteed Early Check-In can be added for 50% of the nightly rental rate and a Guaranteed Late Check-Out can be added for 50% of the nightly rental rate.

In addition to the refundable security deposit, Accidental Damage Protection is included for any damages or accidents, (subject to exclusions and limitations), that occur to the premises during your rental period up to $1,500. Any damage that is not covered by the accidental damage policy remain the responsibility of the leaseholder and withheld from your refundable security deposit. Your refundable security deposit will be processed within 7 days of your departure.

Seacoast Villas is a family and child-friendly community. Guests are asked to live peacefully with respect for each other.

Please keep noise under control at all times — especially between 10PM—8AM

With limited time between guests, we ask that you please complete the following prior to your departure:

- Return furniture to original location
- Wash & dry dishes – or load and start the dishwasher
- Remove all food, bag up all trash & place tied-up bags in the dumpster located at the bottom of the exterior stairwell behind the recycling bins
- Place recyclable items (cans, bottles, glass, paper, cardboard) directly in the blue bin – plastic bags are NOT recyclable
- Clean the BBQ (if it was used during your stay)
- Sweep or vacuum floors of sand and excessive debris
- Hose off sandy beach chairs & toys (hose is near the main garage door)
- Lock up windows, turn off TV, lights, fans & heaters
- Remember to leave the garage door remote on the kitchen counter
- Complete one last walk-through to check for phone chargers, eye glasses and personal items before you leave.

REMOTE CHECK-OUT: Please call, email or text us when you leave so we can note your departure and let the housekeeping staff know the house is vacant.

It was good to stay in paula's. Carmen was very attentive at our staying. The place was safe with garage available.
