You'll be met upon arrival at a time & location you specify and taken directly to the Penthouse.

I'll point out the best bars, restaurants and attractions.

I will be contactable by phone or text message at all times throughout your stay.

If at any time you feel something is wrong in the Penthouse or falls below the high standard you expect, let me know and i'll fix it!

El barrio

The Penthouse is located on the dividing line of two very different neighbourhoods...

PICCADILLY is a mix of chain hotels, corporate offices and mainstream high street retailers, whilst the NORTHERN QUARTER is the complete opposite, and is a mix of independent cafes, restaurants, bars, tea rooms, boutique shops and small businesses selling unique items.

The Northern Quarter has previously been described as "a centre of alternative and bohemian culture" which is fitting!

Cómo moverse

WALK...

It Is possible to walk to all parts of Manchester City Centre within 15 minutes. Its a concentrated place with lots of things to do within a very short walk!


FREE SHUTTLE BUS...

Metroshuttles are free buses linking the main rail stations, car parks, shopping areas and businesses in Manchester city centre. Metroshuttle buses run from Piccadilly, Salford Central, Victoria, Oxford Road and Deansgate rail stations. There are three circular routes covering the main areas in the city centre.


TRAM...

Metrolink is a light rail tram system that covers Greater Manchester. The network consists of six lines which provide access from Manchester City Centre and along routes to Altrincham, Ashton-under-Lyne, Bury, Didsbury, Eccles, and Rochdale.


DRIVING...

You'll be staying in the M1 post code of Manchester City Centre - it doesn't get any more central than this! If you can, leave the car at home and use public transport as parking will cost you either £10 or £20 per night depending on which one of the local car parks you choose to use.

The apartment contains TWO king size bed.


HOTEL STANDARDS...

All bed linen and towels are professionally washed and ironed by a national laundry company, so you can look forward to a hotel standard when you arrive!


CYCLING...

If you are a keen cyclist, feel free to bring your bike with you! An open plan but secure cycle area is situated within one of the light wells of the building. Bring a lock and all will be fine!

SMOKING...

This is a Grade 2 listed building! Please DO NOT SMOKE in any part of the penthouse or the foyer areas. Go outside and see the local 'culture' whilst you enjoy the smoke of your choice! PLEASE NOTE, if you do smoke in the penthouse, we will charge you a recovery fee of £150 to cover the cost of deep cleaning.


CANDLES...

Naked flames can cause fires. Please DO NOT bring or use candles in the penthouse.


PARTIES...

Go out and party and have a great time! Please DO NOT throw a party in the penthouse. The bars, restaurants and clubs of Manchester City Centre are open 24 hours a day and are right on the doorstep!


PETS...

Cute 'n' cuddly and they can even reduce your blood pressure, but pets are not for everyone! Please DO NOT bring any pets into the penthouse or the main foyer areas of the building.


ADDITIONAL GUESTS...

Unless booked, please DO NOT allow any additional people to sleep in the penthouse. If somebody really needs to stay over, please contact Scott to discuss.

Fantastic flat in a beautiful building. Very close to the station and the Northern Quarter. Scott was incredibly helpful, giving us some great eating out tips (TNQ and Grand Pacific amongst others) and even meeting us at the station. Next time I'm in Manchester I will almost certainly stay here again.

Scott runs a number of apartments in a carefully restored ex what're house, perfectly situated on the edge of the vibrant Northern Quarter. As a professional photographer his eye for detail is remarkable and the presentation of the apartments is that of perfection. Scott is the most attentative host I have liaised with, going to any length to ensure your stay is enjoyed to th full. Highly recommended.

Scott's house is really comfortable and the structure of his house is unique!!Scott is so nice to look after me and my friends and the location is perfect! We had a great time of living in Scott's house. I will still choose Scott's house if I go to Manchester next time :P Thanks Scott !
