Servicios y zonas comunes
We'll usually be there to hand over your key and show you to your private entrance in the back of our Spanish Revival duplex. If we can't be there when you arrive, we'll text you instructions and leave you the key.
Atención a los huéspedes
Although the space is private with its own entrance, we are a door knock or text away and are happy to help you with any questions or needs you may have. Or just to chat if you like.
Otros aspectos destacables
In the morning, we'll drop off your homemade continental breakfast in a cooler on your doorstep. At some point, you may briefly encounter our friendly little dog, if she happens into the back yard and we'll ask that you always keep the gate closed, so she can't wander off.
No smoking anywhere on the premises: inside the room or out in the garden. We have upstairs tenants who don't want smoke wafting up.
Rhonda and Stephen raised their now college-aged boys in this house. Stephen's a middle school PE teacher and Rhonda's an editor and children's book author. She works at home so she's almost always available for questions, comments, or just a chat. Working at home allows her to bake too, which you'll get to enjoy in your breakfasts.
