Our Historic Home in Sunny St.Pete was built in the 1920's as a fishing retreat and has been beautifully remodeled inside and out reflecting this historical era but with all modern amenities.
This Beautiful Historic Home and Fishing Retreat in Sunny St.Pete was built in the 1920's. The home has been beautifully remodeled inside and out, reflecting this historical era yet with all modern amenities. As you approach the house there is a 100 Year old Giant Oak Tree. You will see the outdoor bench where you will enjoy spending mornings here under the oak tree. The backyard is fully fenced and a beautiful place where you can enjoy sitting on the comfortable patio furniture under the pergola covered in blooming jasmine. As you enter the home you will see beautiful stone floors and and exposed beam wood ceilings. For your playing pleasure a 1920's mini piano has been lovingly restored and sits beneath the flat panel TV hanging on the wall. Two comfortable leather couches sit beneath a beautiful historic painting of the St.Pete Pier from the 1920's. The Loft and Barn Room bedroom downstairs has two comfortable twin beds. The beds sit beneath large painted clouds that adorn the high wood ceilings. Barn doors are your entryway to a large closet with extra space for hanging clothes a full dresser and lots of shelf space. Above the closet is a loft built with a ladder that leads to this area. There is a comfortable full size bed and window that overlooks the yard. This room is a dream for any children or adults staying there. We are also gay lgbtq friendly. A flat panel Tv hangs on the wall that can be enjoyed from the two single beds. The gorgeous kitchen is well equipped with all of your cooking needs. There is lots of counter space and beautiful Alder Wood cabinets with Shaker Style accents. There is plenty of seating in the kitchen for you and your guests. The Lovely Farm House table has seating for 6 and is surrounded by windows. The counter is lined with bar stools and there is a antique bench next to the Classic Coke Machine. To the left of the counter is a fun pin ball machine for your use. As you exit to the right of the kitchen, you will go up the stairs to the Master Bedroom where a very comfortable California King bed, fireplace, stereo and a selection of books await you. A large chair sits next to the bed for your reading pleasure. On the wall hangs a 55 inch Flat panel Tv. The walk in lighted closet has plenty of space for your stay. The windows open up to view the beautiful oak tree, relax and enjoy the Florida Breeze.

Guests can access any part of the home there is an outside plastic shed that holds cushions to patio furniture and bicycles. There is also an owners locked shed.

Check in time is after 3:00 pm. Check out time is before 11 am. Please respect set check in and check out times. Early or Late Check out times maybe requested if house cleaners can accommodate you. Please leave them a cash tip since they will be adjusting their schedule. (Suggested tip of $20.00)
Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules below at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
A deposit of $500.00 has been paid.
It is fully refundable, if the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. Pet deposit is included in reservations. Please ask owner prior to making your reservations for approval. There is an additional fee of $25.00 per pet charged if requesting more than one dog on premises. Due to additional cleaning that may need to be done on the property. **If additional pets are on property other than requested there will be an additional $200.00 fee charged for falsifying reservations. Property Manager lives nearby and will report any pets not permitted to be on property.
Pets leaving waste on property will not be permitted
All debris, rubbish & discards are placed garbage containers provided.
Soiled dishes and cooking items are cleaned prior to departure and maybe subject to additional cleaning fee
The keys will need to be left in lock box where you find them on front door. All exterior doors are to be left locked. A fifty dollar ($50.00) fee per key if lost.

The maximum number of guests is limited to number of guest made at time of reservations.
Use of the premises and common areas in such a fashion that disturbs neighbors shall be deemed grounds for forfeit the deposit.
All guests will be respectfully gone by 11:30 pm if reported fee $75.00 fee will be assessed and reservation may be terminated
Rates include a one-time linen- towels set-up and clean linens.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE
While an initial supply of linens and bath towels are included in the rental, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
The deposit is for security if charged shall be refunded after Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:
Damage to the property or furnishings; Antique Pinball Machine, Antique Coin machine. Coke machine, Couches, Tv’s Artwork etc, Beds and all household items such as dishes, towels, bedding, appliances.
Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.
Neighbors must be respected. Loud music and disturbances are not tolerated. Hosting parties and gatherings above the registered number of guests must be approved prior to stay.
We only charge a minimal cleaning fee to cover laundering of sheets and towels so please try to leave the house as you find it. If you enjoyed your stay please start a load of laundry for the house cleaners.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, by completing a reservation you (and any guests) agree to the following: to use the house and the surrounding property at your own risk. You agree to not hold the property owners or landowners liable for any injury, damage or loss of property that may occur while on the premises.
