You will instantly relax staring at the stunning and uninterrupted views of the ocean from this absolute waterfront location on Bannisters Head, Mollymook Beach.

Beautifully decorated, professionally & thoroughly clean, well equipped, peaceful, full of natural light, views from all main rooms & with a large outdoor area it occupies the upper level of the house ensuring the best water views & maximum privacy. Wifi provided.

'Cliff House' holiday home occupies the top floor of the waterfront positioned house (duplex on Bannisters Head) with sensational views over the rocks and out to the water, north and south down the coastline. Enter via the front stairs to a large front balcony with front entrance into a fully equipped kitchen- with Nspresso coffee machine (pods provided but feel free to bring more of your favourites), oven, large fridge, microwave and plenty of cooking equipment & great selection of cook books.

The kitchen adjoins the lounge / dining room, decorated 'all white' with a coastal theme (consider this when booking with children as we do expect they will eat meals in highchairs and at the table to avoid any post stay issues) , fabulous dining space, oversized 'MCM House' sofa in the lounge area with TV/DVD player, board games and UE Boom music speaker (Bluetooth access through your ipod). This space opens to the north-east facing balcony, great for morning sunshine with outdoor dining table, occassional chairs/relaxation area and Weber BBQ. This balcony gives access to the laundry/ side of the house and down to the manicured gardens (with clothes line, exclusive use of the laundry with washing machine and dryer and outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach).

The main bedroom offers a queen size bed, wardrobe and opens to the balcony with views out to the ocean.
The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, wardrobe and opens to the balcony with views out to the ocean.
The third bedroom offers 2 single beds and an annex with sofa and DVD screen TV ideal for the kids to watching movies at night. This bedroom also has a ensuite with shower/basin and wc and west facing balcony.

The floor plan provided clearly shows the configuration of the bedrooms (with queen and single beds) and standard of the bathrooms to help assist you in deciding if this property suits your requirements. Check it out! From past guests feedback it is ideal for a small family getaway, family getaway with parents, friends catch ups and couples

LINEN IS NOT provided at this Covid time. Linen hire (queen or single sheets/bath towels/teatowels/towels/bathmats etc) can be arranged through a local company-please ask for details if you do not wish to bring your own. Please note beds are not to be slept in without linen and the sofas are not to be used for additional guests.

Just remember your beach towels if you decide to hire linen!

The main bathroom has a shower and basin with spacious vanity. The wc is separate to the main bathroom. Please note there is not a full size bath in the house however the base of the 2 showers are big enough for bathing babies or small children if need be.

White wash timber floors, vaulted ceilings, loads of natural light and large picture windows are the stand out features internally but it is the view (with regular dolphin and whale shows out the front) that captivates you from the minute you arrive.

There is a car space available at the bottom of the stairs right of the driveway and street parking is very easy given Cliff Avenue is a cul de sac location on the northern headland of Mollymook Beach with a reserve opposite (great for adventures, walk to the look out south to Ulladulla Lighthouse and a bush track that takes you down to North Mollymook Beach). The property is a short walk to Bannisters/Rick Steins and the Bannisters Pool Bar/Day Spa.

The property is thoroughly cleaned between guests. In reviews our guests constantly praise our cleaners for the job done and we are regularly sanitising all spaces between guests. Wifi provided

Guests enjoy the entire top floor (floorpan posted under photos) and have access to the side of the house to utilise the laundry (which belongs to Unit 1) and the clothes line.
Use of the garden is also permitted downstairs and can be used to gain access to the rocks and waterfront for some whale watching!

WIFI PROVIDED

CLEANING FEE of $180 applies to each stay, and is automatically calculated when you make your booking. Extra cleaning charges will apply if the property is not left in a respectful manner and the House Rules followed with regards particularly to garbage, BBQ and coffee machine cleaning.

SERVICE FEE is charged by Airbnb on all stays, and is automatically calculated when you make your booking. This is based on a % of the total booking cost. Please note that as hosts we do not receive this fee.

SECURITY BOND (refundable) of $1000 per stay is in addition to the above tariff. Please note that Airbnb hold this security bond on our behalf.

LINEN IS NOT supplied. We can arrange packages of linen including sheets and pillowcases/bath towels/bathmats etc so please enquire and we will put you in touch with our preferred hire company. You will also need to provide your own beach towels. Doonas, pillows & blankets are available to use as well as basic condiments and toiletries.

TRAVEL COT and HIGH CHAIR are available to families with young children-please advise if you require this. Cot linen IS NOT INCLUDED

Located just moments from Bannisters where you can enjoy their fine dining (Rick Stein's restaurant), Bannisters pool bar (which offers great casual dining options) and Bannisters day spa (excellent for massages and facial treatments after a day on the beach). The property is located opposite a reserve which gives access via a bush track to North Mollymook Beach (my favourite due to the protective nature of the beach line) and is a great bushwalking area with a 'look out' over the whole of Mollymook Beach down to Ulladulla and beyond. Narrawallee is also a great beach and inlet (perfect paddle boarding) and only a short distance away (although I tend to drive if going to Narrawallee).

The shops on Tallwood Avenue Mollymook offer Bannisters Pavilion (another great bar and eating choice), chemist, coffee shops, fish & chips, newsagency, butcher, bakery, florist and bottleshop facilities as well as the IGA supermarket.

Ulladulla is also only 5 minutes drive for the bigger shops (Woolworths & Coles, Aldi, Target etc) and a visit to Warden head lighthouse for dolphin watching.

The gorgeous town of Milton is a 5 minute drive away (favourite for antique shopping, good pub fare at 'The Commercial', boutiques, bars and the very popular 'Pilgrims' Café, 'St Isidores' and 'Milkhaus' eateries.
