It's walking distance from uptown , close to all tourists interest.
We will help you at the time you check in to ensure you have no surprises.
We expect all our guests to communicate if they need our assistance to ensure their stay comfortable.
We will give our best effort to ensure your safety and comfort .

Please bring your luggage through the back door to the apartment .
If you bring your luggage from front door , please carry suitcase on the hardwood floors , dragging the wheels on Hardwood floors will damage the floors. Thanks you

No smoking, in the Apt, building or on the grounds, take your shoes off at the front or back door, check out time 12 PM , we can check bin guests from 3 PM until 8 PM , no check in after 8 PM .
Please wash your used dishes before leaving , leave your wet towels in the laundry baskets provided in the apt, all rooms have a lined waste basket please throw your garbage in the waste baskets.
Leave the Apt clean as you were provided .
We respect your privacy , we will check in the apt if we feel the need to ensure the house rules are being observed or in case of Emergency.
Basement and storage area is not for use of guests, our staff use the back door to enter this space , we do not go in the Aptartment without your knowledge unless their is a Emergency or we feel the house rules broken.
Please lock the deadbolts at all times when you are leaving or when you are in the apt, security system must be armed at all times when you leave the Apartment .

Usha's place was perfect for us during our stay in Saint John. She was a gracious and hospitable host, she made sure we were comfortable and knew how to get around. The apartment is in a fantastic location for heading downtown, but far enough away that there's no city noise at night when you want some peace and quiet. The place is roomy and relaxing, and is well equipped to make yourself right at home. 10/10 would stay with Usha again.

It was ok overall. First the good: Usha was a delight, she was responsive when we needed things that weren't there and she was a wonderful and caring host. Also, the apartment was very clean. Next the bad: the apartment is very old and laid out in a strange fashion. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are nicely close together and we spent 90% of our time here. The issue is there is very little wifi access in this area. It's tough having no wifi where you spend most of your time, so we used a lot of our cell data on our phones. Also, the furniture in the entire apartment is old, some of it is well maintained and some is not and some just seems like it's old unused office equipment. It does not give the welcoming feeling of a home. Last the ugly: the neighbourhood is only 10 min walk to uptown, but it is quite rundown with a few of the neighbors running (illegal?) businesses off of their door steps. Overall, we did not feel at home (which is kinda the point of Airbnb) and subsequently it was just ok.

The furniture is not old, the bed in the masterbedroom is high quality 9 month old bed . The sofa and furnishings in the family kitchen is beautiful , custom designed solid oak tables, designed and built in 2003, solid teak wood sofa. The building is old Victorian Archteture, compleatly restored in 1979 & well maintained. The neighbourhood is a professional , well established well known surgeons, and medical Drs. Chipman hill suites, Apartments, known for the high quality standard. A well known established church next door. Myself and my neighbours are all distinguished members of this community , have not experienced any illegal activity , since 1971. Wish Chris & Kelly had mentioned when I met them . Wi fi works well in the Apt except in the master bedroom , which I did inform all my guests. Bell has not been able to correct . The Apt is designed & furnished for executive professionals, living space private & professional office in more formal setting.
