This contemporary, self contained 2 bedroom apartment is located in one of Brisbane's sought after innercity suburbs, Red Hill. It's located on the doorstep of Brisbane's best venues. A short stroll to: Suncorp Stadium, funky restaurants and bars of Paddington and Caxton Street, the Barracks cinemas, QUT university, Roma Street Parklands and less than 2km to CBD.

The apartment is on the first floor situated high on a hill with amazing 180 degree views of the city and surrounding areas. The apartment is positioned below street level, tucked away from the road making it a peaceful and quiet space to relax and enjoy the views.

The new interior has a modern contemporary feel. Bright, airy and fresh with cool summer breezes. The living room flows onto the timber deck that overlooks the city and surrounding green leafy suburbs. The living room also has a fold out sofa bed for extra guests.
A fully equipped modern kitchen with European appliances and a sleek design makes it a pleasure to cook, entertain and dine. Which includes an induction cook top, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
Enjoy 2 generous bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a separate study area with a new washing machine and dryer hidden away.

The apartment complex has a gated security system with 1 x undercover carpark.

Secure key safe for 24 hour access and remote controlled undercover carpark for each of the units.

Red Hill and Paddington are some of Brisbane's most quaint suburbs, with many colonial cottages and homes dotted amongst the valleys and hills. Given and Latrobe Terrace provides some fantastic boutique shopping, with a multitude of cafes, bars and restaurants.

10 min stroll to:
+Suncorp Stadium - The state of the art world class stadium with 52000 capacity accomodates: Rugby league games, soccer, rugby union and concerts.
+Caxton Street food and cultural precinct - a mini mecca of delicious dining and on trend bars.
+The Barracks - the historic Police barracks on the site of Brisbane's first prison have been converted into a trendy bar and restaurant precinct.
+Ithaca swimming pool and park- stroll down the hill to the local community pool to cool off in the summer.
+Neil Macrossan Playground- let the children play. Next to the pool this park boasts a great childrens playground, climbing area and skate park for all things fun.

Less than 1 min walk to the bus stop for a 5min ride into the CBD.
25min drive to Brisbane international and domestic airport.
10min walk or short bus ride to Roma street train station.

I recommend downloading the 'Translink' transport app for planning your journey on buses, trains and ferries.
Otherwise the uber. Very cheap into town etc from the apartment .

Not suitable for wheelchair access due to stairs. Also, those with a lot of luggage, the apartment is on the bottom floor a few flights of stairs down. There is no lift.

House to be left tidy when departing. Smoking can be allowed outside only and ash trays provided.
No parties. Noise restrictions after 10pm.
Dishwasher to be packed and turned on before departure, otherwise $25 fee applied.
With parking, there is an assigned spot for our unit 2 on the lower parking level, or on the street, please do not park in any other tenants parking spaces or block in any cars in the apartment block. Game nights or special event nights at the Suncorp Stadium, strictly 2 hr street parking, however we have a resident street parking permit in the unit folder, just put that on your front windscreen to avoid any fines if you choose to street park on those nights.
