A very comfortable large apartment on the third floor (no lift) close to the old harbor and only 950 m from the city center in the residential area of downtown Reykjavík (101).
The apartment is on the third floor; live with my family on the first floor. The house is in front of a primary school which I love because it is so alive when the children go out to play. The school started at 08:30 and you might hear the bell ringing and children and parents coming to school.
The apartment is in a residential neighborhood, you will be able to meet the locals. There is a primary school across the street for children between 6 and 13 years old.
It takes only a minute to walk to the sea shore and the closest supermarket, bakery and a restaurant from the apartment; but there are plenty more just 5-10 min away by the old harbor.
Servicios y zonas comunes
The apartment is for you. You can use the kitchen as you please but we prefer that you don't cook fish. ( It doesn't mean you can not do it). We have really bad experiences when the guests have done so. If you do so please leave the balcony door and the window open while cooking.
Atención a los huéspedes
We live in the same building just under the apartment and we will be available if you need anything (like using the phone for the local calls).
