Welcome to The Lodge on Main, a one of a kind gem located on Main Street in downtown Old Forge, NY. With a rich Commercial history, the space has been transformed into The Lodge on Main. Starting with a complete rehab of 2,400+ sq ft, we've created a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath vacation rental in the heart of Old Forge. While maintaining the history of the structure, we've adopted a truly unique Adirondack feel where you'll find natural wood slabs, industrial piping and galvanized steel. We built a custom 12' bar top separating the Kitchen and Great Room. A 10' hand-crafted farmhouse table was created for the dining room, and numerous coffee and end tables you'll find throughout the property were carefully made by hand. Galvanized steel ceilings and accents complete the decor.
From a separate kids play/sleep floor (yes, floor!), to vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan with wifi, cable, big screen TV's, dishwasher, washer/dryer and on-demand hot water, you will not miss any of the modern amenities you've grown accustomed to.
The first floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Outdoor fire pit, grill and lounge chairs will provide hours of outdoor enjoyment.
And the location ... Main Street in Old Forge. We're located near the Grocery store, with all the conveniences just a short walk away. Ice-cream, mini-golf, bars and restaurants are all steps away.
We'll be done in late April, with some finishing touches and bedroom furnishings to go. The first month has been reserved for friends and family to work out the kinks and we'll be open for business starting May 27, for the Memorial Day Weekend. Bedroom pictures will be posted as the rooms are finished.

1.Smoking is NOT allowed indoors.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of GUEST.
3.The PROPERTY OWNERS are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The PROPERTY OWNERS are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the GUEST. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

6.Pets are NOT allowed.
7.Parking: Parking is limited to four vehicles, and four 2-sled snowmobile trailers or two 4-sled trailers. Additional trailers can be parked on Town property on North Street. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Prior to departure, renters must empty the refrigerator and trash cans, strip beds and leave used linens and towels on washing machine, wash all dishes (or run dishwasher), leave furniture and amenities where they were found upon arrival. Property should be left clean and in the condition found upon arrival.
9.Water and Septic: The property is on a Public (Town) well and sewer system. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the sewer system, you could be charged for damages and/or costs of removal of obstruction.
10.Garbage and Recycling: All Garbage and recyclables must be removed by Guest. Additional fees of $25/pound will apply if garbage is left on the premises.
11.Trespassing: No trespassing is allowed on neighboring properties and use of motel facilities next door is strictly prohibited.
12.Noise: GUEST agrees not to cause or allow any noise or activity on the premises which might disturb the peace and quiet of a Tenant and/or neighbor. Said notice and/or activity shall be a breach of this agreement and cause for summary eviction.
13.Insurance: GUEST acknowledges that Property Owners insurance may not cover personal property damage caused by fire, theft, rain, was, acts of God, acts of others, and/or any other causes, not shall Property Owner be held liable for such losses. GUEST is hereby advised to obtain his own insurance policy to cover any personal losses.
