I jumped on the Airbnb bandwagon a few years ago and love being able to live like a local when I travel.
In July 2016, I listed our family holiday unit on Airbnb. The unit is located in Surfers Paradise, the heart of the Gold Coast and less than 150 metres from the beach. It's bright, breezy and recently renovated.
I try to visit the Gold Coast to catch up with family and friends and to greet and meet guests as often as possible. If I'm not around, my wonderful co-host Tiff lives just a few minutes away from the unit and is always happy to assist guests.
