Una habitación perfecta para las viajeros que buscan un lugar para dormir. una habitación barata, con baño privado, Internet gratis y terraza compartida con todo el edificio para disfrutar del sol en Nerja. (la terraza está arriba del edificio).
La habitación está en el sotano. tiene una pequeña ventana para ventilación y para dar un poco de luz. Esto es una habitacion privada. con baño privado. usted tiene una llave para la habitacion. Esto no es un apartamento. Esto no tiene cocina.

1.- SÓTANO: La habitacion está ubicada en el sótano del edificio. (planta baja). Tiene una pequeña ventana. Puede ver esto en las fotografias. La ventana es solo para ventilación y dar luz a la habitacion. Esta pequeña ventana tiene vistas a la calle principal. Por esto puede tener mas ruido de vehiculos y desde la calle principal. Si usted necesita un apartamento o habitacion con ventana grande, o una habitacion mas tranquila. Puede mirar nuestros otros alojamientos.
2.- La habitación tiene 2 camas normales, podemos poner las dos camas juntas o separadas. Usted puede ver en las fotos las camas ubicadas en posiciones diferentes. Si usted hace una reserva para 3 personas. añadimos una cama supletoria.
3.- TRAGALUZ: Esta habitacion está ubicada en planta baja. Y tiene una pequeña ventana. (solo para ventilación y dar luz a la habitacion). La ventana tiene vistas a la calle principal. Es una calle céntrica y en ocasiones puede ser ruidosa. Por esto. si usted necesita una habitacion interior, con vistas al patio interior, o un apartamento completo en otra zona de Nerja. Envíenos un mensaje antes de reservar esta habitacion. Le ayudamos a elegir la mejor opción antes de hacer la reserva. Queremos que usted se sienta como en casa. Si usted necesita una habitacion tranquila y mas luminosa. recomendamos habitaciones "B3" y "B4". (puede verlas en mi perfil de airbnb).
4.- RUIDO: La habitacion tiene una pequeña ventana con vistas a la calle principal. por esto tiene mas ruido que otras habitaciones. Si usted le pueden molestar los ruidos de vehiculos o personas caminando por la calle. Recomendamos reservar nuestros otras habitaciones interiores. 5.- ¿Que hay en la habitacion?. Hay dos camas. Sabanas y toallas limpias el dia de su llegada. Television con canales en español. La habitacion tiene también un frigorifico. Ideal para conservar comidas frias y refrescos. La habitacion no tiene cocina. Proporcionamos también gel para el baño. Y papel higienico. Todo esto a la llegada.
6.- PARA 1, 2 o 3 PERSONAS. El precio se calcula en base al numero de personas. Y la habitacion se prepara para el numero de personas indicados en el momento de la reserva. Si usted reserva para 3 personas añadimos una cama adicional. (Normalmente la habitacion tiene dos camas. Y para 3 personas añadimos una cama adicional).
7.- TERRAZA. La terraza es compartida con todo el edificio. Está ubicada en la ultima planta del edificio. Hay que subir escaleras para llegar a la terraza. (la terraza no es privada).
8.- CHECK.IN O ENTRADA AUTONOMA: Todos los huespedes deben enviar a traves de la mensajería de airbnb la copia de los documentos de identidad para el registro de huéspedes antes de la llegada. No se alojarán personas indocumentadas o que no envien esta información. Estos documentos jamas serán compartidos, ni utilizados para otros fines. Solo es utilizado para el registro de huespedes de la policia. Y el dia de la llegada. Le enviamos los detalles para recoger las llaves. Las llaves se recogerán de una caja de llaves ubicada en el mismo edificio.

EN ALGUNAS OCASIONES INSTALAMOS UNA PEQUEÑA PISCINA DE PLÁSTICO EN LA TERRAZA PARA REFRESCARSE EN VERANO. Es una piscina pequeña. De 2m de ancho x 2m de larga. y 0.75cm de altura :-)

3.- TRAGALUZ: This room is located on the ground floor. And it has a small window. (only for ventilation and to give light to the room). The window overlooks the main street. It is a central street and sometimes it can be noisy. For this. if you need an interior room, overlooking the inner courtyard, or a complete apartment in another area of Nerja.
