Apartment is in an old building. Don't expect modern environment. A bit small for a group of 6 pax with luggage. Expect only basic amenities.

It is a nice apartment to stay, clean and well-equipped. Form our experience, the best way to get there is taking Limousine Bus from Narita Airport for 2,800 Yen with destination Asakusa View Hotel. Then we walked few meters passing the Super Market until the cross road and traffic light. Right in the corner you will see the Koban Station or small Police Post, keep walking to the left side you will see a Hair Salon next to Koban Station. Next to Hair Salon you will see a door for garbage collection, then there is a garage door where people park their bikes. The elevator is just on the right side inside the garage, then go to 10th Floor. The Address is 1001 it means Floor #10 and Apartment #1001 on the right side after getting off the elevator. This apartment is close to Tsukuba Train Station which is pass the Asakusa View Hotel and you need to crossing the road as the entrance on the other side. The location is close to many attractions such as Sensho-Ji Temple, Nakamise Street, Ueno Park, Sumida River, Tokyo Sky Tree, Tokyo Tower. If you like to buy cheap souvenirs go to Daiso discount store where most items are 100 Yen only. Daiso is located in ROX Building maybe 4th Floor (sorry I don't remember the exact fllor) which is just next to entrance gate of the Tsukuba Train station you will see the building right away from the street. This store sells all kind of stuff, including green tea products such as powder or bag, cookies, chocolate, milk powder, candies, etc. The best experience staying in an apartment in Asakusa area.

Great neighbourhood, ,lots of great places to eat and plenty of cultural interest . Beds were really comfy and flat was lovely and warm despite snow overnight in Tokyo. Easy to find and a 10 minute walk to Tawaramachi station which is on Ginza line . Rie and Saki were incredibly helpful and responded immediately when we had a small problem. Fantastic for us- a group of four women travelling together. Thank you so much

Rie is a kind and very responsive host, and very easy to communicate with. Rie even prepared some snacks for us, thanks Rie! The location of the flat is good, very near to a supermarket, convenience stores and Asakusa shopping area, 10- min walk to metro stations. The flat is in an old apartment, but its interior was renovated. Two air conditioners (with heater function) are installed in the flat. Washing machine is capable of washing and drying clothes in a single process, and big enough for 6 people's clothes. The flat is quite roomy by the Tokyo's standard. You will definitely have space to open your luggage and just leave it. There are eight comfortable single beds suitable for a large group to stay. That's the pros part. For the cons: 1. The toilet has no bidet, it only has a heated seat. 2. Cookware is not sufficient, there is only one big spoon for both rice and soup. 3. The most serious one, probably due to the old apartment, from time to time, bad smells come out from the washing machine (or kitchen area) and toilet area, which was a very very unpleasant experience, and you can do nothing about that.
