Nestled between St Petersburg, Tampa & Clearwater, we are 10 minutes to downtown St Pete, 10 minutes from the bay beaches, 25-30 minutes from the world famous, top rated gulf beaches and 15-20 minutes to Tampa International Airport. This is the perfect location for exploring the area around Saint Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa Bay.

It's not hard to believe that the New York Times named St. Petersburg, Florida one of 52 Places to Go in 2014! The city of St. Petersburg is something truly special—it has every amenity you can imagine, still with a quaint sense of community and fantastically Floridian appeal.
Downtown St. Petersburg is the city’s heart, replete with shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. The Dalí Museum is an obligatory stop, as is the Chihuly Collection of mind-blowing glasswork. While exploring, be sure to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Florida Holocaust Museum. Out-of-doors attractions are just as wow-inducing: Boyd Hill Nature Park is a glimpse of what St. Petersburg looked like before modern development; the observation tower at Weedon Island Preserve offers an expansive view of St. Pete’s surroundings; and Fort De Soto Park is more than just an award-winning beach—it’s a full-stop, get-outside park with every dry land and watersport activity you could ask for, including outstanding beach camping.
If you really want to wrap your brain around all that St. Petersburg, Florida has to offer, try a guided tour of the city. There are Segway tours, boat tours (including dolphin watching), ghost tours, photo tours and historic tours that will make you an almost-instant expert on this jewel of Tampa Bay.
Check out the St Pete visitors website:

Tampa has all of Florida’s natural advantages – warmth, the bay, the river – but is less tourist-filled than nearby Orlando. It boasts Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, The Florida Aquarium, The Tampa History Center, Glazer Children's Museum, The Straz, the recently completed River Walk, and much more. The city has a full range of museums and attractions and a thriving restaurant scene, which draws strength from the diversity of the city’s residents.
Their Cuban sandwiches are even better than Miami’s. “You can spend your whole visit going to restaurants that you won’t find anywhere else and not have a bad meal.”
The city also aims to preserve its history – such as showcasing its cigar-making heritage in the Ybor City neighborhood, which is Tampa’s Latin Quarter.

Clearwater offers a seemingly endless supply of entertainment, natural beauty, and bountiful activities on land and in the water; the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium, fascinating historic buildings, arts and museums, a variety of special events and much more are waiting to be explored!
Clearwater Beach has been recognized as a winner in the 2016 TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice™ awards for Beaches, ranking #1 out of 25 beaches in the United States and #20 out of 25 beaches worldwide. For the fourth year in a row, TripAdvisor has highlighted the world’s top beaches based on the quantity and quality of reviews gathered over a 12-month period.

Uber, Lyft and traditional taxis service the Tampa Bay area.
Bicycles are available to borrow.
North St Pete provides convenient access to several main arteries in the St. Petersburg and Tampa region. With close proximity to Interstate 275, the neighborhood provides a convenient connection over the bridge into Tampa and to the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.

If you decide to spend time in St. Petersburg, then this beautiful and cozy home is a great place to stay! The kitchen is fully equipped, there is unlimited wifi and a wonderful book collection. Everything was very clean. It's close to downtown, but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our family was very happy with our time spent here!

Amy and Robert's home is wonderful and has everything you need for extended stays. Although the rental is right off 4th St. (busy street), the neighborhood is quiet. Access to the interstate (north- & southbound) and Downtown St. Pete is quick and easy. For groceries or some shopping, Gateway Market Center is within walking distance. There's also a delicious restaurant nearby called Noble Crust. Weedon Island Preserve is just up the road as well! I booked extremely early thus have two consecutive stays at this rental, but felt I've stayed here long enough to write the review. Thank you again, Amy & Robert!

Amy and Roberts home is a very nice historical Spanish style four-plex in northeastern St. Petersburg. It is very easy to get to downtown St. Pete and Tampa from here. The space is roomy and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a private washer and dryer in the unit for use. We would definitely stay here once again. Amy and Robert are very gracious hosts and definitely made us feel welcome.

We currently live in St Petersburg, FL and love to travel. We are the proud owners a self-restored 1964 Airstream travel trailer in which we're attempting to visit all 50 states in the USofA. While living in the UK, we were able to visit much of Europe, and beyond. Because of living in so many places we've always had long term visitors, and have become very experienced hosts.
