- Welcome to Downtown Nashville! You’ll be staying just like a local in this Newly Renovated Downtown Building! Please keep in mind this is a residential building, which means that your stay does come with some rules. We ask that you treat this place as if it were your very own Downtown Getaway!
•NO Smoking inside the unit. Smoking is only permitted outside or on the covered area of the rooftop deck.
•Absolutely NO illegal activity.
•Please lock the door when you leave.
•Keep music at an acceptable level both inside and outside.
•Please do not stand on the furniture, roughhouse or do anything that could cause damage to the furniture. We do not anticipate problems, however, in the circumstances that there are damages the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
*the 15% required tax is included in your total rate!
•Please remove all sheets/pillow cases and leave by the washer/dryer.
•Please dispose of all trash. Trash must be placed in the trash bags provided for you and put down the trash chute. (to your right when you exit the apartment) ***NO Boxes of any kind are allowed down the trash chute.
*If any rules are broken, damages are caused, or major cleaning issues are found the entire deposit will be withheld. This includes the building rules & regulations and pool rules listed below. POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS These rules do not attempt to instruct anyone in matters of normal respectable conduct, but these rules are enforced for the protection and benefit of all and to assure the safe and sanitary operation of the pool facilities.
1.Pool hours are as posted. NO SWIMMING other than during posted hours. 1.Landlord reserves the right to close the pool at any time due to rain, lightening, thunder, cleaning, breakdown, operational difficulties or for any other reason.
2.Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.
3.All bathers must wear proper swimming attire. No cutoff shorts, thongs, cutoff jeans etc. are allowed. No diapers are allowed.
4.No glass may be brought into the pool area at any time. Should the pool inspector find glass, even in the trash receptacles, the pool will be closed. Only plastic bottle and cups are allowed. 5.No food or alcohol allowed in pool area
6.Running, pushing, horse playing, wrestling or any undue disturbance in the pool area is prohibited at all times. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.
7.Residents and their guests must have their passes with them at all times in the pool area.
8.Landlord assumes no responsibility for any articles left in the pool area, nor assumes responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property of any kind.
9.Damage to the pool furniture or other pool items by a resident or a resident’s guests shall be replaced at the resident’s expense. If this occurs the expense will be deducted from your deposit.
10.No pets are allowed in or around pool area.
12. All persons using the pool or pool area do so at their own risk and sole responsibility. The landlord assumes no responsibility for personal injury or loss of life.
GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS of Building Management.
*Nothing shall be placed or kept on the outer sill or on the outside of any window and nothing shall be thrown out of the window or door or from any balcony.
*Profane, obscene, loud or boisterous language or unseemly behavior and conduct is prohibited. Nothing will be done or permitted to be done that will annoy, harass, embarrass or inconvenience any of the other residents or occupants of the Property.
*No persons shall congregate, lounge, play, sit, obstruct or unnecessarily tarry upon, within or about of the entrances, passageways, stairs or halls.
*The sound of musical instruments, radios, televisions, stereo systems, singing, etc. in the Premises or on the Property shall be at all times limited in volume to a point that is not objectionable to other residents.
*Only persons employed by Landlord or Agent shall adjust or have anything to do with heating or air conditioning plants or with the repair or adjustment of any plumbing, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher or any other equipment that is furnished by Landlord or is part of the Premises.***IF NEEDED, PLEASE REPORT ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUES DIRECTLY TO ME DURING YOUR STAY.
*Defacement of the interior or exterior of the buildings or grounds is prohibited.
*Trash may not be left outside the Premises for any reason. If Resident leaves trash outside of the Premises, there will be a charge of $25.00 for each bag that is removed.
*Lavatories, sinks, toilets and all water and plumbing apparatus shall be used only for the purposes for which they were constructed. Sweepings, rubbish, rags, ashes or other foreign substances shall not be thrown therein. Any damages to such apparatus and the cost of cleaning or repairing plumbing resulting from misuse shall be borne by Resident.
*Soliciting or canvassing of residents is prohibited.

We now have a team of 3, all of which are included in the photos! We love the city of Nashville - work downtown, play downtown and live downtown! Having that in common... we quickly realized we had something special! The opportunity to offer an extraordinary experience for people visiting Music City!
