El alojamiento

The apartment is 200 meters from the main town square and the cathedral, right in the heart of the town of Soller. The apartment is just off the main pedestrian street of Calle de la Luna and is very quiet and peaceful. All the shops that one would need, from groceries to bread to meat to ice cream, are right on ones doorstep. There are a variety of restaurants on the doorstep too catering for all needs and all budgets.
This is a modern loft apartment covering almost 200 square meters and is furnished to a very high standard. Downstairs is the living dining area, and upstairs the bedrooms. There is a main bedroom with en suite toilet and sink, which has great views of the Tramuntana mountains. This has a huge bed and also has tv and dvd. Bedroom 2 sleeps two adults, either as singles or pushed together as a double. And there is a small 3 rd bedroom which is best suited to children with 2 single beds. This 3rd bedroom has no air conditioning. It has a glass wall with blinds so does not have 100% privacy. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath and sink and a separate toilet. Downstairs there is a large walk in shower room with a toilet and sink.
The kitchen is modern with every appliance necessary. There is a dining table which seats 8. The downstairs is open plan and has a large desk and lounge seating for 6+. There is TV with DVD and music sound system. The flat is served with wifi which extends to the pool. There is a long narrow balcony with views to the mountain which overlooks the private pool. On the top floor there is a roof terrace with a dining table which seats 4 ( plus 2 if necessary ).
The apartment is set back from the main pedestrian street. The communal courtyard does not reflect the beauty of the apartment, but once inside it is an oasis of modern loft living with a sense of calm and with views to savour. The apartment overlooks its own private pool area. This pool was constructed only 3 years ago and is served with its own toilet and has 6 modern loungers and umbrellas. To access the pool one must go back out the front and walk around the street to the back which takes 2-3 minutes. The pool enjoys wifi.

You will have the whole apartment to enjoy for yourselves. The pool is also for your own exclusive use.

CHILDREN: Our concern with children is simply for their safety. The stairs to the bedroom are open tread. The floors are wood effect. There is a balcony overlooking the pool, and there is a roof terrace. At the pool there are concrete open stairs with a metal balustrade which lead down to the basement which houses the pool mechanics. In all these areas you would want to take extra care of your children and point out an manage obvious dangers.

The position is fantastic being right in the heart of the town yet set back from the roads. It is tranquil and quiet.

Cómo moverse

PARKING: There is no private parking for the flat. The courtyard is accessed off the main pedestrian shopping street in Soller. In the courtyard there are 2 free spaces to park but available on first come first served basis. Parking in Soller can be tricky but there are pay and display in adjacent side streets or one can park for 3 on a street about 3 minute walk away.
Port Soller is the nearest beach and is approximately 1.5 miles away. You can get there by a wooden tram which runs regularly from the town centre, or by taxi or you can walk there in 45 minutes.

Otros aspectos destacables

The apartment is in a block of 4. The other apartments are occupied by local residents who live there all year round. The communal entrance is a bit disappointing but dont be put off as this does not reflect the beauty of the apartment itself

Ralph was attentive to all my questions and made check in extremely easy. The apartment's location can not be beat. You are within walking distance to everything so there is no need for a car. The views from the back balcony are so beautiful that you feel as if you are looking into the heart of the mountains and the soul of the town. Cycling, mountain hiking, cafes and restaurants are right at your doorstep. Vacationing couldn't be any easier. Thank you Ralph.

Put simply, this is one of the nicest apartments I have rented. It is spacious and airy, stylish and modern. It is also in a great location close to the centre of Soller. On top of this it was a pleasure to deal with Ralph who was always very helpful and responded very quickly. One point I would note for future renters is that all the bedrooms have glass fronts. There are blinds on the glass but they do not provide total screening for the occupants. This was not an issue for us but I mention it just in case it is an issue for future occupants. All in all though, a truly exceptional apartment.

The apartment is located right in the middle of downtown, surrounded by museums, cafes, and shops. This is really convenient for exploring the area, but made parking a bit of an issue as the closest parking is metered. The apartment itself is really lovely, with custom details and a pristine pool just outside. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back!

Thanks and glad you enjoyed it. Parking is tricky in Soller but there are places you can park for free about 3-4 min walk away. If you return i will tell how how to find them!

This place is truly amazing, the images are exactly what you get! A perfect place for either a group of friends or family. The location of the flat is perfect, literally only a couple of minutes walk to the square and also to the tram if you are wanting to go down to the port. Heaps of small local markets on your door step to grab food in the morning for breakfast and some local shopping too if you fancy. Ralph was amazing with some local restaurant suggestions and was a complete pleasure to deal with prior and during our stay.

The most LUXURIOUS apartment I have ever stayed in! Set in the beautiful old town of Soller, this hideaway on the main street is out of sight, with many hidden characteristics.. An amazing kitchen, beautiful balcony and most luxurious decor throughout. A rooftop terrace with all day Sun and what we most appreciated was the great sized private pool. This apartment combines modern decor with the charm of an old Spanish building. We have had one of the most fantastic family holidays here, I thoroughly recommend anyone and everyone to stay! Cheers to Ralph for the rapid responses and fantastic communication prior and during our stay. Will definitely visit again!

Our hosts could not have made us feel more welcome. Their attention to detail is outstanding. It felt more like staying at a friend's house than a business transaction. Any small hitches were dealt with promptly. Soller is stunning. Location amazingly central yet very peaceful. Pool was private and very comfortable sun loungers. I bought lots of lottery tickets hoping I might be able to afford an apartment as lovely as this one. Our whole family loved this holiday. Best so far.

Underbar lägenhet med bästa läga i Soller. Lägenheten var rymlig, modern, fullt utrustad, personlig i absoluta toppskick och med egen stor pool. Värden var hjälpsam med tips om restauranger, utflykter och allt man behöver veta på sin semester i en ny stad. Han var tillmötesgående, omtänksam och alltid snabb på att svara. REkommenderar starkt både lägenhet, stad och värd.
