Correne is the perfect host. She has been very kind and available at all times. We enjoyed our stay at her place. Is suitable for groups, a family or, like in our case, 3 friends who needed 1 room each. The position was perfect because it was 5 minutes from our Retreat location. The area is quite and perfect if you need to rest and relax. Asheville downtown is easy to reach by car.

We were in Swannanoa for my daughter's wedding. Correne's house was perfect for the 5 of us which included my elderly mother. Everything was clean and as advertised. She even left us a bottle of wine! I especially liked the books and artwork. The refrigerator was cold and the ice maker worked. The shower was awesome. Plenty of hot water and super soft towels. I would definitely recommend staying here. Correne is also a great communicator. Questions were answered almost immediately.

The house was beautiful. Good just outside of Asheville location. 20$ Uber rider downtown to the local breweries. Our host was very attentive and helpful. The house was emasculate when we arrived. The view from the front porch was beautiful. Great place to watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee. We tried our best to leave it the way we found it. Hope to return again! Thank you.

I'm a performing arts and cultural event programmer at a university. I'm also a mother to active, awesome young boys. Connecting people through the arts is my passion. For 20 years I've lived and worked in this unique community. I love the mix of rugged, outdoor beauty and the easy access to arts and culture this area offers. I grew up on the ocean, so I try to visit the coast often.

I'd like to offer you a taste of refined mountain history, culture, art and outdoors adventures - my favorite things! I believe it's important to feel comfortable and at home, even when you're traveling. Elegant, creative and laid back is my style.
