My place is close to local favorites like Little Skips, Bossa Nova Civic Club and Happyfun Hideaway. It is one block away from the Central stop on the M, or a 5-10 minute walk to the Myrtle stop on the J/M/Z. It's about 20 minutes from Washington Square Park and 30 minutes from Union Square via the Morgan stop on the L train. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the coziness, and the comfy bed. My place is good for solo adventurers, students and business travelers.
The apartment is a charming, renovated three bedroom. As you walk in through the front door, the kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms are to the right and the living room and this room are to the left. Also, the original red brick is exposed in the living room.
Servicios y zonas comunes
There is a buzzer at the front entrance to the building and a private entrance to the room, however, I prefer to enter through the main door and keep the private entrance locked at all times.
Atención a los huéspedes
I will not be available during your stay, but there are two other people that live in the apartment who work in the creative industry. One is a copy writer and the other is a photographer. Wonderful roommates and friends who would be happy to show you around the neighborhood and make you feel welcome.
