This wonderful home has plenty of room for you and your guests. Convenient access to a park thru the back yard. The home has 5 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 3 full beds and a sofa sleeper.

We only take reservations up to a year in advance.

This ranch style home is over 2100 square feet. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 queen beds, 2 full beds and a queen sofa sleeper. For more than 8 guests, we will add an additional full bed in the spare room downstairs. The kitchen has upgraded granite counters, stainless appliances and tile floors. The three bathrooms have updated fixtures. One has a full tub and the other two have showers. There is a washer and dryer in the home. The home has a 2 car garage and parking for 2 cars in the driveway. This home has central air conditioning and a gas furnace. There are two living rooms, one with a wood burning fireplace. The home backs up to a city park and you can access the park thru the back gate. The large back yard has a privacy fence. This home is centrally located with convenient access to all parts of town. This home has WIFI internet, cable TV with DVR, BluRay DVD player and phone service.

This is a non smoking rental. Sorry we cannot accommodate pets.

We want your stay to be the best it can be. All of our homes go thru a 200 point checklist between stays to ensure everything is in the best condition for our guests. We have been professionally managing rentals for several years and we are there for you if you need anything.

This home is within easy driving distance to a number of favorite attractions in Colorado Springs: Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls and many more. If you don't feel like driving, you can catch a city bus on Palmer Park Blvd.

A signed lease agreement is required. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.

All of our properties require a signed rental agreement and valid ID prior to check in. We will email you the paperwork once you complete your reservation.

House Rules

The following list reflects the general policies of rental for all of our rental properties.

Our properties are non-smoking residences. You may not smoke or grow Marijuana at the property. If you smoke cigarettes, it must be outside the building and you must clean up the butts.

Pets are not allowed at our furnished rentals.

Violating the smoking or pet rule will cost you a minimum of $600 cleaning plus any rental days we can’t rent the property.

Illegal drug activity will not be allowed. Failure to abide by this rule will result in eviction, arrest and forfeit of deposit.

We do not allow weddings, receptions and other large group events at our rentals.

Tenant may not sublease property.

Please wash your dishes before leaving. Your cleaning fee does not cover this.

The Palmer vacation was perfect for our family. The backyard fence had a gate to a wonderful walk area and playground. The view of the always beautiful Colorado Mountains was wonderful. We took a lot of fun pictures of the Grandchildren with them as a background. the house itself was more than advertised, the family room, downstairs was perfect for the small children and older family members to play games and watch sports on the large television. The bedrooms were all a nice size with comfortable beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with newer appliances which made cooking for the family very easy. We needed Roberts help once and he was very prompt in answering our call. I would recommend this listing to anyone. Especially those with a family.

This is a fantastic home, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of rooms for the whole family. The kids really enjoyed the back yard, with the easy access to the public playground. Check in and out was easy, and there was ample parking. Overall, I was very pleased with this home.

Renting the Palmer house was very easy and stress free. Robert supplied us with all needed info prior to our arrival. We found the home easily and enjoyed finding it clean and comfy! It was much larger than what we thought, but enjoyed all the space ! We will certainly rent this or other properties from him on our return.

Really enjoyed the place, very spacious and very clean. Had lots of utensils and bath towels, etc. We loved the place, nice backyard . Over all an excellent place to stay for you r vacation. Lots of shops close by. Wifi, lots of TV channel...list can go on and on... We reccomend this to all future vacations to our friends and anyone wants to spend quality time in Colorado Springs.

Clean and nice place with great backyard which had a gate that opened into a local park. House was spacious with enough room for a large family. Two of the bedrooms face a somewhat busy street so very light sleepers should avoid those rooms. The other three bedrooms were very quiet. Many nice touches including new in package dish sponge and detergent for laundry. Easy check in and check out. Great location, 5 minutes from a Walmart and easy access to rest of Colorado Springs. Would recommend.

My family's stay at the Palmer Large Vacation home was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a more central location and well kept home. It was the perfect size for myself and two grown brothers to have our own private rooms while under the same roof as our parents. The backyard was a great size for a small family BBQ and I have to mention the water pressure in the upstairs shower was on point!
