The BEACH HOUSE is right on a white sandy beach & close to dining, a grocery store, great scuba diving & the Morritt's & Reef Resorts. You’ll love the cathedral ceilings & and the AWESOME views of the ocean !!! Beach House is good for couples & families with older kids (Not suited to younger kids because of 2nd and 3rd floor interior balconies). Additional 4th & 5th bdr (extra charges) NOT BOOKABLE thru AirBnb, just the Beach House. 13% Cayman tax included in rate. 5 NIGHT MINIMUM.

The house itself is 3 bedrooms, PLUS a loft, which has a daybed, so within the house itself, you can sleep up to 7 guests. If the 7th guest did not want to sleep in the 3rd floor open-concept loft, but instead wanted their own bedroom (which comes with a 3 piece bathroom) then on the reservation form, you need to contact me so I can tell you how to book through AirBnb. The reason for this is that with our pricing (which is not customizable on AirBnb) it's a bigger price jump to add the extra bedroom and bathroom, than just the Air Bnb "per person" rate. If you are adding the ENTIRE 2 bedroom maid's quarters, we do have to price that out separately for you and charge you an additional charge, as you are not only getting yet another bedroom and bathroom with a king-sized bed, but you are getting a full kitchen & living room, so it is more than the "per person" rate on Air Bnb when you add another 1,000 square foot apartment. Nevertheless, still cheaper than if you were to rent each separately. Email me for pricing if this is what you would like to do. We can then send you a "Special Quote" which will reflect the accurate price for either adding more bedrooms & bathrooms, or an entire apartment.

When you rent "Cayman Beach House" you get the 3 bedroom house and the loft. There is a maid's quarter's on the main floor, a completely separate unit, that you have the option of renting -- either one bedroom & bathroom, which is a lock-off unit, meaning only you have access to that bedroom & bathroom. You also have the option of renting the entire 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, IF AVAILABLE (won't show on the Beach House calendar so you have to ask). Guests renting the apartment have the option of taking it as a 1 bedroom unit or a 2 bedroom unit. In other words, that 2nd bedroom can go with either the apartment OR the house, depending on which door we lock.

Our property manager is very close by and visits the property daily. If you have any questions or concerns please contact her directly, you will be given her cell phone number. You can call her between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. She's up before sunrise. You will also be given the phone number of our back up property manager, in case you cannot get hold of Nadine. He is also very close by and they both help our guests when needed.

Otros aspectos destacables

You will also be required to fill out our own reservation form, even if you are booking through AirBnB. We are on various websites, many offer online booking, but to ensure consistency, it is important that our guest information is sent to the property manager in the same format, regardless of whether you are booking through our own website, or a 3rd party website. Keep in mind, our property manager manages several properties, so the information has to be easy for her to access. You are not required to submit credit card info, just the details on who is coming, when you arrive, your departure, # of people, if you require a crib, etc etc. This is a requirement and not optional.

As mentioned above, the maid's quarter's on the main level, completely separate from the house, and/or the Gardiner's Cottage, a completely separate dwelling, may be rented by other guests during the time of your stay, unless you are renting the house with the apartment, or the house with the gardiner's cottage, or all 3 (if you have a large group coming).
Air Bnb is not able to do the price calculations for additional properties on their website, you will have to write me to ask.

- Extreme caution if you bring children --- there are balconies off the 2nd and 3rd floor overlooking the living room below. We do not recommend you stay here if your children are rambunctious and like to climb.
The house is fully air conditioned, high speed internet, satellite TV, in-suite washer & dryer, all linens supplied as well as all cutlery, dishes, pots & pans.

The house is convertible to a 4 bedroom house with loft (sleeping 9) if you need an extra bedroom. Alternatively, you can rent the entire house -- giving you 5 bedrooms ! If you have a large family group or wedding party, and have more than 12 people, we can add the 2 bedroom "Cottage by the Sea" which sleeps 5 people --- for a total capacity of 17.

- NOTE: We have Seasonal Rates -- Air BnB does not allow us to show seasonal rates. The rates shown are for LOW season for 1-4 guests. More guests and different seasons will result in higher rental rates. See our website for pricing.

We rented the main house with 3 bedrooms and a loft. The house is beautiful with open concept where family/friends can co-mingle in the kitchen, dining and living room but each have separate bedroom & bathroom for privacy. Two of the bedrooms have their own balcony which is great for relaxing during the day or watching the stars at night. The house is in a somewhat secluded area but a close drive to local eateries, a small grocery store, liquor store, diving and water sports.

This house is amazing! The property is well kept, the beach is beautiful white sand with clear water, and the house itself is spacious, tastefully done, and the wow factor is off the charts! I would absolutely recommend staying here. We didn't want to leave

Please communicate via email, I am extremely difficult to reach by phone.

I try to answer all email within 4 hours of receiving it. We have a wonderful property manager, Nadine, who will be there to assist you in any way or to make recommendations if you are seeking places to eat or things to do. Of course, I also mail you detailed information on my personal recommendations, things to do and detailed driving instructions from the airport.

I chose Cayman because of the scuba diving, friendliness of the locals and because it has the highest standard of living in the Caribbean.
