Really great stay, true to what it was online and really easy check in and check out. Pool was great and really quiet.

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights. The unit has all your basic amenities and was very clean upon arrival. Checking in was not a problem. The location of the unit was great as it was right by the Toronto Ski Club/bottom of the mountains. There is also free shuttle service taking you from the resort and the village all night which was a pleasant surprise. This was a great unit at a great price

My friends and I booked a lodge at The Lodges at Blue Mountain for the recent long weekend. After an exhausting commute, we were looking forward to quickly settle in to the house and start our much-needed vacation. The front desk representative, Sheila, not only failed to greet us, but also denied our access to the room as it was their company policy that the person who reserved be the only person who had the right to check-in (which is fine, as we understand it is company policy) Due to personal reasons, the person that reserved the room was scheduled to arrive later than the rest of us. Exhausted and drained, we were desperate to get a room. It was really the attitude of the representative that we were not satisfied about! She did not give us any other option or offer us any sympathy or help. Instead, she was sarcastic and disrespectful. We booked the room through Airbnb and she informed us that they are not getting paid until the person who reserved the room checks in. So we offered to pay for the room first if money is the issue. She proceeded to answer with sarcasm that she could not refund what Airbnb charged and that if we wanted to pay twice, she can’t stop us. Throughout all our interaction she did not give us her undivided attention and was chatting with a co-worker. Feeling helpless and disappointed, we left the lodge at 4:30pm and wandered the streets until our friend arrived at 7:15pm. When we finally checked, we were STUNNED by the horrific condition of the room! The whole room was dirty and unkempt. The sofa bed was pulled out and still covered in old sheets and duvet. The beds were not made and looked slept-in. Dirty dishes were left in the sink. The room reeked of smoke. We immediately rushed back to the reception looking to resolve the issue right away. The representative, Sheila, did not feel apologetic at all. The lodges were fully booked, we could not exchange for another room. When we questioned why the room was in such condition, she only gave us the excuse that "the owner might have dropped by...", and it was no one's fault. This is unacceptably sloppy management on the company’s part. Our room security was questionable when anyone could just come in and out as they please without the company knowing. She called the cleaners and told us to wait for an hour for the room to be cleaned. So we patiently waited. We asked if there is anything they could do because we wasted so much time to be checked in to a room that was in such terrible condition. She swiftly informed me that she was not the management and could not do anything. We asked is there a feedback number that we could call, and she gave us the number that directed to the front desk. She informed us to ‘not call tonight because...
