Dhulikhel is located about 15 miles west of Kathmandu away from the traffic and pollution. Our home is located in the small village of Thakuri Chap, consisting of about 70 houses. Our home was constructed two years ago and is designed to survive an earthquake of 8.0. The house has the appearance of a Nepali style structure farmhouse , however has many amenities built in..

The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will have access to the entire home except for our bedroom and bathroom. Reeta is Nepali now living in the U.S. We spend six months of the year in Nepal and are able to provide you with a lot of information regarding things to do in and around the area.

Retired early from work to raise three boys. After the boys moved on, moved from Los Gatos to Willow Glen where we remodeled our house on our own. We have helped friends remodel their houses as well. Love travel, reading, knitting and needlepoint. Some of the places traveled are: most of Europe, Hungary, Croatia, Caribbean Islands, Korea, Taiwan, Myanmar, India and Nepal (where i come from, eons ago). My life motto is: what goes around, comes around.
