Located on The Esplanade above Blackwoods Beach, this top floor, fully self-contained two bedroom apartment, has a dress circle view of Shark Island, the world class surf break and is handy to Cronulla's relaxed lifestyle of restaurants, beaches and shops. It has a combined lounge and dining area, open plan kitchen, internal laundry with dryer, balcony, security intercom and registered car space. You can even catch the train to and from the airport or city

Things to do while you are here:

Cronulla Cinema, cafes, restaurants and shops are here for your pleasure. Catch the ferry to the sleepy village of Bundeena and its smaller neighbour, Maianbar, unspoilt hideaways that draw many visitors eager to enjoy their timeless charms. Bush-walk through the nation's oldest park - the Royal National Park. Explore Sydney Tram Museum. Visit the Kurnell Peninsula - it was here, in 1770, that Captain James Cook first set foot on Australia, claiming the continent for Britain. There are plenty of attractions under the water for diving or snorkeling fans. Lean To Surf at North Cronulla Beach. All the surf beaches at Cronulla have been dedicated as Australia's 5th National Surf Reserve. The first 4 National Surf Reserves were Bells Beach, Angourie, Crescent Head and Lennox Head. Kayak or SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) the Port Hacking and Woronora Rivers. With horse riding, ten pin bowling, rock climbing, children's indoor play areas, museums and galleries, Leisure centres, more cinemas and golf courses near by, it is sure to keep you entertained from start to finish.

- Garbage: All rubbish must be placed in correct bin e.g. rubbish in red bin, bottles etc in yellow recycling bin. Any excess rubbish that will not fit into the bins must be taken away on departure; otherwise an additional charge will be taken.
- Noise: The occupier of this property must not create any noise likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the owner or occupier of another lot or of any person lawfully using common property. Failure to comply with this may result in a fine of up to $550.
- Call Out Fee: Any attendance at the property as a result of the tenant's actions or inactions will also result in a (minimum 1 hour) call out fee of $88/hr during business hours and $176/hr after hours.
- Occupancy Rules: Strictly no smoking at the property. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. All tenants are required to respect the property and its furnishings. Any moving of furnishings could result in a deduction of security deposit. If provided, please make sure barbeques and their utensils are cleaned prior to departure (or an extra cleaning fee will be charged). If applicable, and you need to switch over the gas cylinder for the house please notify us so that the next tenants do not run out.
- When vacating the premises, it is expected of you to leave it in a clean and tidy condition. If the cleaner is required to do more than a standard clean the additional clean will be deducted from your security deposit. No more than 4 people are to be accommodated at the premises. If our office is aware of more than the number of people permitted, you will be required to vacate the premises.
- Property Inspections: Breakages, damages and lost keys are to be reported and paid for. If cleaners report any damages, breakages, missing items etc to our office after cleaning the premises, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit, or, if warranted a letter of demand will be issued by this company to the outgoing tenant
- Late check-out/key return: Late check-out and/or late key return, (after 10:00am) will be charged at $27.50 per hour or part there of (minimum $27.50) if prior arrangements have been made, if not, the rate is $55/hour.
- Re-Location: The owner reserves the right to request that his/her property be removed from the rent roll or put on the market for sale. Should the property you booked become unavailable, this office will endeavour to relocate you to a similar property. Should you not wish to take an alternative property; monies will be refunded in full. No responsibility will be taken by this office.

What an amazing location. Water views, beach smells, close walk to public transport and shops. Highly recommended.

Host provided excellent communication before our stay that was very comprehensive. We had no problems finding the apartment and ourcstsy was great. We know the area well so we knew it was in a great spot.

At the top floor of the unit just right near the ocean, great position. The host is very nice and friendly for any questions. Have had a good time staying here for the great beach and sunshine!
