We stayed here on the way to seeing the Great American Eclipse. The RV trailer was a great place to stop for the night before we drove down. With the exception of some light bulbs, the place was in working order and clean. Stacy was very accommodating and I appreciate how she went and dug up some kids movie DVDs for us to watch. If we ever come back to the area for any other reason we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our family of four stayed one night in the RV while attending a wedding outside of Elgin. We had additional family that stayed in the house. It was a hot day and we were relieved to learn there was air conditioning in the fifth wheel. However, we quickly discovered that the air conditioning only kept the middle of the fifth wheel cool. The two bedroom areas on each and stayed quite warm. There were sheets on only two of the three beds so one of our sons had to sleep on a bare mattress. There were no blankets on the bed but we found some in the closet which were stained and had holes. There was only one washcloth and three very old towels. No hand towel in the bathroom. Very little toilet paper, dirty carpet,

Respuesta de Stacy:
Hello Dave! Thank you for your feedback. We wish you would have let us know about your concerns during your stay, we would have come over to assist and correct any issues immediately. We were off-site due to renting the whole house to the rest of your family, which we spoke to several times and got thumbs up during their stay. It was near 100 degrees that day and the AC was working hard to keep up. Although the AC vents to all the rooms the middle of the trailer where it is located does receive the air flow first. The large ceiling fan in that area also helps. Guests have found that closing windows and vents during the day and setting the thermostat at 70 degrees works well. I had noticed windows and vents open and the thermostat was set on 80 degrees after you checked out so the furnace was heating rather than cooling at that time. It sounds like there was a miss communication on the linens. We will try to make the "no linens" appear in more locations in the listing so guests are not caught off guard. The listing notes that the trailer is stocked with basics and that linens are not supplied. We do this because it is a trailer, often times moved to camp grounds and folks bring sleeping bags, swim towels and such. When requested by guests staying onsite we are happy to provide linens, although I was told your family did use the bathroom and bath linens inside the house, which I understand completely since RV showers are rather small for some folks. Thank you grabbing an extra role of TP and taking it out to the trailer! So glad you did not run out. We apologize about the one top bunk and would have came over and prepared it for you. We appreciate the heads up and will inspect the extra blankets as we generally do not pull these out each time we clean. It sounds like a prior guest may have used them (perhaps outside) and folded them nicely and put them back in the closet. I have added a small vacuum for guests to tidy up the carpets if needed. Even when parked on the lawn it is difficult to keep the carpets clean. Again your feedback is appreciated and we thank you for staying with us.

this was great space for my family to call home for a week. Stacey delivered the RV and completely set it up for us. It was nice RV with tons of extra room that fit me and my family perfect.

Stacy said clearly what she could or could not do. She then over performed and exceeded in all that she promised. If your accommodation requirements and locations are such that Stacy can meet them I would highly recommend using her

Stacy was so personable and attentive throughout the process of arranging for this lovely, spacious, comfortable "covered wagon" to be available for our use at the Pendleton Round-Up. We all loved the ability to do our own cooking for three days in the very convenient location that she found for us. We also really enjoyed seeing nearby horses through the window as we ate breakfast. The ability to take a hot shower was also a huge plus. The whole experience was great for all of us!

We were welcomed and given a tour of the home. It is beautiful. We opted for the trailer because my husband had never stayed in a bed and breakfast and wasn't sure what to expect. Stacy made him feel at home and he was very happy with the experience. I am sure we will do it again!
