New green renovation includes a modern kitchen with high end appliances, a private bedroom, large bathroom, vaulted ceilings with reclaimed barge board, stained concrete floors and private fenced patio. Guests are close to the French Quarter and Marigny, St Roch Market, Mother-in-Law Lounge, St Roch Tavern. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (dogs).

Kitchen is compact, but features plenty of storage, concrete counters, a refrigerator, stove, convection wall oven, convection microwave, dishwasher, and large apron front sink.
French doors open to a private brick paved patio with seating and a grill.
Stained concrete floors extend throughout the house.
The bathroom is large with an open plan and vaulted ceiling featuring a rain fall shower head and hand shower, an wall hung toilet and a wall hung vanity.
A whole house water heater will provide continuous hot water for all your needs.
There are two primary sleeping areas. One consists of a bedroom with keyed lockable door and a queen size platform bed. The second sleeping area is a loft that is accessed by a ladder. It has a king sized mattress. The loft has low ceilings and is partially open to the living room below. It is fairly private, however it is not fully enclosed. There is a queen air mattress and a couch the can be used in the living room.

A small grill is available for use on the patio.
